The team was really quick at building my fully custom PC. Even getting the parts shipped to the store. Waited 4 days max. They recommend I change my card from a 7900 xtx to a 4070ti to save money. But I was set on my planned build. All round great help and fast. Will be going back in future

I built the computer myself and ran in to an issue - took it in to them and they not only fixed the issue (which they didn’t have to, it was my fault) but also gave me advice on some areas that could be improved.

These guys are awesome, went in for thermal paste to reset my stock intel heatsink and came out with a brand new heatsink with paste already applied for free. Nothing to pay, thank you!

Good local, stocks most things and prices aren't too out of line considering they're a smaller operation compared to Scorptec or Mwave. Sometimes they're even cheaper.

Got Dcomp to build my pc for me. Dropped it off Monday afternoon and got it back Tuesday afternoon!. Great work looks fantastic and runs great

These guys are the computer equivalent of Pedders. Expert advice with no bull.
I gave a guideline of what I wanted and my budget. They figured out all the parts and assembled it on the same day with windows and all drivers installed.

It's the first time I've had a custom build computer built here (having been a customer at Arc before they shut down), and I'd only purchased bits and pieces from this shop before spending a large sum on a custom build. My husband and I are very happy with the service provided and the guidance provided. We aren't "computer people" but we know what we need, and we have found all the times we've been into DComp all the staff members really approachable and always happy to listen to what we're after, then provide us with the solutions we need. Will be back again for sure for all of our computer needs (and thanks for being patient with us!)

Excellent service and very knowlegdeable

As two senior techno-challenged locals we needed some help in getting some data off our now dead laptop. We had exhausted all the Google help we could find but to no avail. After a quick search of the internet we thought we would try Dcomp to see if they could assist.They were very helpful and made a valiant effort, even managing to retrieve some of the data before the laptop breathed it's last MHz.

Walking into dcomp i was greeted cheerfully by a young behind the counter, after some initial questions i had about hard drives. The bloke managed to answer everything I asked and even got me a better item and a better price than what I had thought I needed.

This consistent great service, knowledge and attitude by the staff is the reason I choose their shop over any online retailer or webstore.

My desktop hard drive would not boot correctly and the internal fans etc were very dusty. Brendan and his colleagues were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. Offered many solutions and allowed me to choose one that best suited me. Their service work was of very high quality for a very reasonable price. The LED monitor I purchased was also very competitively priced. I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation and will always use their services from now on. On ANZAC day, took my PC for check up because it crashed everytime I played a game. I received about 3-4 calls from Denis keeping me up to date with the process etc - and even gave me some advice.

The very next day I was playing the game without any hiccups.

Usually d-comp has very friendly staff who are willing to help out even if you're not entirely sure what you need they will professionally ask the right questions and make sure you are getting what you need without being rude.

They always have really fair pricing and are great with price matches. If they can get something in you need they usually will.
