7-Eleven

Out of all the 7-Elevens I've been to, this is by far my favourite! The staff are all so lovely and the owner is fabulous too. I love coming here for my morning coffee. Thanks guys :-)

Coffee machine always working

The staff are always really friendly, which is unusual for 7-Eleven. The coffee machine is always working too. Points deducted as the petrol is usually one of the most expensive in the area, and they lost their key to their Soda Stream bottle box.

Cheap fuel.

Went in there on weekend, 23rd of December 2018, Sunday, after 12pm and was told to pay not talk only pay, and that's okay as I was only there for fuel and drink but it's unfortunate the staff there do not enjoy their job. However it's nice the employer there has taken on the initiative to employee a variety of people of different ethnicity and that I empluad them for since I have been there about 3 times.

But since this was maybe a busy night for the employee working during that night on Christmas Eve, it's just unfortunate. Anyways happy Holidays now and into the future.

the staff are always on the phone they never greet you or even ask how you are but the door is unlocked pretty much all the time and they don't piss off into the fridges too often ..

THE WORST PETROL STATION IN Penrith
I payed for petrol here $25 on the 30th of November 2021 and on the 3rd of December another $25 came out of my account and I wasn’t there and didn’t get petrol. I had to cancel my card with bank as they are thieves when I approach the store face to face the worker rang the managerand told him I have been double charged and he seen the charges on my bank statements. The manager said you put in a complaint with customer service and you have to wait for there reply he knew very well that he fraud my card I will never go to this petrol station ever again and I have advised other people to do the same unless u pay cash don’t give them your eftpos card as they are scammers and double dip people’s accounts

Poor service. Put $50 petrol in my car. Lady at the counter charged my daughter (who i sent in) $75 for someone elses petrol, even though she was told the correct bowser. She then proceeded to refund my card the $75. She then charged my account the original $50. My daughter finally came back to the car and informed me what happened. So i checked my bank. No refund and a total of $125 taken from my account. I went inside to ask what they had done. All she could say was i refunded it, i cant do anything its up to the eftpos machine, it should be there. Poor service. Her stuff up. So now i have to wait for my refund to appear in my account, which i cannot see happening for at least 3 days as its now the weekend. Why she could not just refund the difference instead of charging me again is just ridiculous. Luckily i had more money and i didnt actually need the money straight away.

Be careful when paying, I paid cash today, the attendant gave me my change in coin, whilst walking out I looked back and saw the attendant watching me walk out, I counted my change and he had short changed me! I turned straight back and before I opened my mouth to tell him he had the money in his hand to give me
I can accept mistakes happen, what I can’t accept is deception and lies, he had the money under the counter, he never had to open the till to get it out

No stars.ripped off most of the time.I use to live around the corner my mother accidentally left $40 in ATM and walked back in 5mins later and said they knew nothing about it and would not produce footage..Another night I walk in went to get a hot pie from their
buffet.There were crates in front and refused to remove them when I'm 5'4 45 kg I had to do it by myself .Thank goodness I don't live near them anymore.

This store owner is money hungry greed ! Doesnt have washroom for kids. Hope you take extra money in your coffin box!
