Big thank you to the three lovely team members who were working Friday morning (I'm sorry I didn't know your names)... all the girls' provided exceptional customer service. They very kindly allowed me to keep my shopping behind the counter, after noticing I had my hands full. They also found the denim jacket I was looking for in my size. They were incredibly accommodating & went above & beyond, thank you girls'!

Horrible customer service. My friend went in to try some clothes on only to over hear the workers making horrible re marks towards her appearance saying quote "ill be surprised if that fits her" "she is better off going to big W to get a bigger shirt" and "that shirt isn't for slightly fatter girls". My friend left the store immediately and as you can imagine is beyond upset. People are so nasty and who ever it was that said those comments deserves their job to be taken away from them. It is 2020 and we support each other instead of tearing people down, anyone can wear what ever they want. I will be boy cotting this store and I will spread the word.
