Was really impressed with the young lady that offered to help when she noticed me staring at the jeans wall display. Without any doubt the best customer service I received in years. Unfortunately most jeans on the wall display were positioned on shelves with the wrong label so she had to go through the whole thing to to find the right pair. I really didn't appreciate some of the comments made later on by a young man and his female colleague that pointed out repetitively that I was trying "more of the same thing again" and I was "only" buying a pair of jeans and a top. At first I didn't think much about it but after the 4th or 5th time it really got me bothered. Yes I did try 7-8 pairs of different size and model jeans and probably 3-4 white tops because that's the look I was going for. And yes I was a little slow doing so because I have invisible disabilities. Your shop and changing rooms were close to empty so I took advantage of it. I would honestly have bought more if you left me do my thing instead of make me feel uncomfortable with your comments.

Bought a tshirt today from this shop but probably some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. First time I've bought from there and there won't be a next.

Walked in shop. 2 staff members standing behind counter talking to a bloke. Was in there 10 minutes. No hello No Nothing. They didn’t even acknowledge I and another customer were in the store.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans yesterday. They had $22 jeans when you buy 2 pairs advertised above them but they charged me $70, so the buy one get on half price advertisement instead. That’s an extra $30 spent. Don’t buy the jeans unless you’re okay with being charged by the wrong ad, costing you a lot more than you wanted.

Very bad customer service. Both the ladies serving today was really rude to us (me and my friend)
