The sofas are amazing, beautiful leather, super comfortable. The purchase process was good, waiting time for furniture to arrive quicker than any other furniture stores. The delivery was on time and professional. A big thanks to yhe delivery guys, they were so lovely and helpful. Great experience overall.

I am not sure why this shop has only 3 stars. I bought a sofa here 4 years ago and recently a bedframe with ottoman. All products are fantastic. The sofa is still in perfect condition with no loose springs and the bed frame and ottoman, that were just delivered, are prefect. I like the service at the Nick Scali stores, the price is good, the delivery updates are genuine and accurate, and the delivery and set up service was very good also. Very much recommend this brand.

Great experience from selection to installation of our sofa. Was kept up to date through the process and can track online. Excellent service from David at the McGregor store. My only suggestion is maybe look at package removal as part of the service and that would make the experience perfect. Wasn't an issue for me but I noticed other reviews suggesting this.

Great experience shopping at Nick Scali. Bought a dining room table and chairs. Great sales team and no pressure to make the sale. Answered all our questions and had a wonderful experience. First time shopping here and will definitely head back when we need other pieces. Our delivery was delayed due to shipping container delays but we were not in a hurry. The delivery team was also friendly and caring when setting everything up

We have had a very positive purchasing experience from Nick Scali in McGregor Qld. Good price for a lovely solid wood table, delivery price reasonable and delivered as per the advised day and time window and confirmed ahead of delivery and also advised on the day when they were on the way to our house. Was assembled with care by friendly delivery drivers. They didn’t take the boxes away but clearly advised when delivery was booked and in other communications that they would leave the boxes for us to dispose of. Thanks Nick Scali - we are very happy and our new table looks fantastic in our new home.

Purchase was made easy by the wonderful service at the Mt Gravatt store. We were overseas when our delivery was due but it was easy to communicate our delivery requirements to the warehouse team for a smooth delivery. The team that delivered our new chair to our home were professional and friendly.
