His understanding of the relationship between the mind, lifestyle and body has helped alleviate so much pain that prevented me from living life to the fullest. I kept bursting into tears, snapping at people, forgetting things, having asthma attacks and worst of all had really bad diarrheah from the excess adrenaline.
