The cafeteria is nice too with good options for selection. There is a soft serve shop at checkout, so a quick treat is always good. Helpful staff, easy checkout, restrooms available.

Great variety of showrooms. The plant based meatballs were absolutely delicious. The mash and gravy were splendid as always, same with the meat and chicken meatballs!! A great cheap eat that is always enjoyable.

I got all my furniture from here, always sturdy and good quality for the affordable price! Let alone great customer service for all!!

My first encounter at ikea it was a positive experience. Clever and strategic layout as soon as you enter the eatery is nearby. I must say I enjoyed the barramundi burger. Shopping was a breeze. I opted to shop online I felt it would be easier that way.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at IKEA Marsden Park. Sorting out my issues took some time, but Charmaine was incredibly patient while managing the self-service area, multitasking with a smile. Despite the visible stress, she made it a very pleasant shopping experience. Bless her for her dedication!

Absolutely thrilled with the level of service we received from Ikea staff in designing our new kitchen, a few hiccups with parts and delivery but was all easy to navigate with the help of Ikea customer service….whenever we have gone in it’s never an issue, never a problem, always happy to help, always happy to listen….whatever they are putting in the water at Ikea staff meetings, it works, all their staff are pleasant, helpful & caring. Always so willing to listen and help….recommend going into their store even if you are not a fan of their products just to witness and experience what real customer service feels like.

Great displays, yummy meatballs and mash and the specials are good too with a super convenient creche. The store is always clean and sometimes we just go to dine in at the restaurant. Great way to spend a weekend.
Night markets are great too.

Often always, Ikea is a worthwhile place to shop for furnitures, home wares, pots etc. Anything I bought here has been fit for purpose. Great location, ease of parking and reasonable pricing. Discounted goods are great. Will always induce me to buy more. Highly recommended spot to shop.

This place is a maze but u will love it lots of specials lots of Variety ...They also have $1 hot dogs near the rear exit store n at the Front first isle turn right there is a Restaurant full of dinner specials
We tried the Salmon n Mash Potatoes and Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks n Mash Potatoes...the meat just slide off the bone..

I went to IKEA with a friend for a bit to eat and coffee. I was impressed about the size of the cafe and the prices. I liked the cup refills you could get and the spaciousness of the dining area. Also it was very clean.

Me and my partner love visiting IKEA, even if it's just for a bite to eat.

I am vegan and the amount of vegan friendly food here is so incredibly impressive as well as affordable. We will continue our little food dates here haha

IKEA always brings me comfort. I found this adorable toy, which I brought back home with me. He shares my bed and makes me smile every day.

Love this place.. they have mostly everything your home needs. Bought 3tire trolly completely in love with it also bought sensor light for stairs which is amazing. Best part of sensor light is you don't require connection it work with AAA batteries also no drilling or scrwe required it comes with stick tape. Just stick it to wall. I do bought iron wok and glass organiser small jar for my kitchen. I really loves it ❤❤❤❤

I have to say. Customer service desk were lovely kind and did their best regarding to the wrong parts. Phone customer service I found all the communication I have had so far with ikea have been nice and warm and again very helpful. The only con I have found is at this store the checkout ladies are so rude and defensive just to ask for simple questions or an error during checkout your greated with a long face and "what do you want me to do" there's nothing I can do about it" ...well gee you can be kind or redirect me to someone who can. Which luckily I did not listen to her and I was sorted via customer service desk staff. Checkout lines are crowded and half of the self checkout machine sides were also closed adding congestion and this has not been a one off either. Apart from that its a great ikea store.

Perfect location for almost everything you need here. Not just IKEA, Bunnings, Costco, all the major warehouses are here.
As usual, IKEA never fails for good service and good variety of housewares. Even though it’s not as big as Tempe, but still have very good collection.
This IKEA also great at route for shopping because it only has one level, so you don’t need to go u and downstairs. Very considerate.
Parking is good but can be a bit crowded when weekends or when there’s an event thrown at the parking space.
Overall it’s a great IKEA to shop.
Nothing really to complain about.
