Marsden park rebel has amazing collection and Yashvi their staff was very friendly and helped us in selecting inline skates which was perfectly suiting my little one. Thanks Yashvi for all the help.

Really helpful staff there. We came across three staff members there. Even though it was busy (on a Saturday, last weekend before school starts) each staff was helpful and friendly, not pushy at all.

Nathan was the most helpful staff member I have ever come across in a rebel store, its the first time my 15 year old son has been offered to have his feet measured and with my son being on the spectrum he was understanding, polite and professional and made sure the size was comfortable and the best fit for him.

I walked into the store not a single person acknowledge me or even said hi, until I got to the shoes section. A gentlemen name Nathan greeted me and offered his assistance. He help me decide which shoes I should go for as I had to choose 1 out out 3. He offered to measured my size and so on. I’m so empress with his product knowledge, his polite attitude and his willingness to go extra yard to help me out. I didn’t tell him that I just had knee replacement but he notice that I was struggling trying the shoes so again he offered to help me, he kept asking me if I was alright as he can see I’m in pain! I just wish that every customer service was just like NATHAN WHO IS WILLING TO GO EXTRA YARD FOR SERVICES, POLITE ATTITUDE AND FOR HIS PRODUCT KNOWLEDGES. Well done NATHAN! Keep up your excellent work!

The store is huge. The running and trainingshoe selection is very good. They have a good range of casual trainers aswel.
The sport wear selection is huge, they have everything. Equipment wise they have a lot of everything. You will spend a good hour just to get around the shop. The staff are amazing. I had a big hello when i arrived and during my time browsing at least 4 staff said hello. They were not pushy, just being genuinely friendly. When i asked questions, they knew their stuff. Very well trained staff. Well done to the manager. Overall, highly recommended for all gear needs.

Went in to buy some shoes for work. Was met by Connel who was very knowledgeable, efficient and helped me with a smile. Was in and out of the store within 10mins. He is an asset to this store and his work is very good.

I walked in with the intention of buying new casual shoes for work. I was approached by Reeanne who helped me out for 20 minutes until we found the right pair. Im a very picky person when it comes to footwear and she had to make a few trips to the back for me (which Im sure would have been irritating) but her service remained helpful and professional.

Rebel Mardsen park and Charlene was fantastic yesterday. I highly recommend the benefits of having a Rebel Sport membership we lost our receipt for ASICS faulty product but it was recallable via their system via my mobile and membership. Charlene was so wonderful and patient with my daughter who is very shoe sensitive OMG 4 shoes later and she was all smiles.
I even learned about what other often unused holes were for in shoes.
