Wonderful staff at this store! We went in to purchase a new fridge, staff were incredibly friendly and price matched for us to get us the best price possible. They even gave our toddler a balloon to play with and she had the best time ever and didn't want to leave the shop once we were done.

We went into the store the next day to just have a look and ended up with several items of considerable value. Dipesh is polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. It was worth the drive from Castle Hill. We’ll be back and will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent customer service by all staff. I bought a washing machine and it was delivered and installed the next day and my old machine taken away. Delivery guys were great too as they kept me up to date on their eta via text. Also the best price ! Highly recommend this store.

Purchase a TV online and pick up next day. Great service, receiving phone call few hours later and been advise ready for pick up. Store man also explain how to handle TV while opening at home preventing damage to screen. Great service and highly recommended

I was there on a Sunday morning soon after the store had opened but it was nevertheless well staffed. The TV I ultimately bought was discounted although the discount was only available online via e-bay which was a bit of a roundabout way of buying from the store I was in but the staff explained it well and it did give me a chance to think about it when I got home before committing. There was then a glitch in the system which wouldn’t let me apply the discount to the TV I wanted. After a couple of phone calls it was sorted out and I could collect my TV straight away. Although I wouldn’t give Bing Lee full marks for the process I’ve rated 5 stars for the staff at the Marsden Park store.

The click and collect service is great. Very easy to use and very quick. Staff are great and very helpful. I have been using the click and collect service during lockdown and have had no problems. I have also been to the store before lockdown and they always have stock available and the store is clean and easy to navigate.
