The Good Guys Marsden Park

One of the best service I have received. Very competitive pricing and the store manager is very helpful and ensured customer is happy. Got many electronic items in this store.

I would say I received the best level of customer service from Tony and Cat after visiting the Marsden Park store yesterday. The team, are polite and are always willing to help.

Went in to buy a phone and laptop. Eden was excellent. Her knowledge, thoroughness and customer service was exceptional. She made my purchase seamless and pleasant. Thank you Eden and Good Guys Marsden Park.

I have nothing but good words to say about the team here. I needed a home Air Purifier due to some health issues. The lady that helped me was amazing she could see that I was not well helped me make the right choice and gave me a great deal to go along with it. I know this space is highly competitive sometimes the difference comes down ti the way you are treated when in store thanks so much.

Amazing customer service. Purchased oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Store manager and staff went above and beyond to help solve an issue. Will definitely be coming back here even if it’s out of my area

From point of sale too realisation cooktop wouldnt fit n needed to return. I was refunded the money with outstanding customer service , thanks Jessica your a great professional person representing your company. You deserve too commended.

I would have given good guys a 5 star if their delivery contractor (team) was effective enough. They delivered it on time. However the 2 guys who came to deliver the fridge, didn’t want to take it down thinking it wouldn’t go through the front doorof the house. Then, my wife asked them to take it down and try. After trying they failed and so they had to leave to fridge outside. They unpacked the box and tried to put the fridge in but still failed. After the left, my wife pushed the fridge’s box through they door easily. It simply shows that they didn’t try properly and now we have to carry the fridge in and set it up. I paid a bit more than $70 for this.

Good Guys is getting a 3 star for their in-store customer service which was great. But they need to speak with their contractor Toll to ensure that Tools delivery staffs work more effectively. It’s a shame that by providing amazing in-store customer service Good Guys still failed to secure a 5 star rating from me just because of Toll.

Edited the review to give Good Guys a 5 star as they refunded me the delivery fee without any questions asked and also confirmed me that they would take this issue up with higher management. Thank you Good Guys

We a had a positive experience from this branch. Margareth was welcoming and very knowledgeable of their products. We have purchased an LG dishwasher, a Fisher and Paykel dryer, Dyson vacuum, Samsung microwave and a Bissell spot cleaner machine. All of our questions about those products were answered, giving us demonstrations and giving clear explanation. She was very patient and accomodating. Their manager also gave us a nice discount. We shall be purchasing there again. Thank you.

My partner and I recently shopped here for a new washer and dryer. We were approached fairly quickly and given some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time. I work in retail so I appreciate good customer service 😊She knew every answer to our questions and allowed us to make our own decision in the end. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We will definitely go back here in the future.

My mum and I came in to buy a few things for my new house. We had the best experience. We were looked after by a lovely lady named Sharon. She was such a delight and helped us thoroughly with our needs. She also taught us a lot about the products, she is very well informed. I would like to thank Adam for great customer service at the Marsden Park Good Guys location. I originally purchased a fridge online that wasn’t in stock, spoke to a staff member that had recommended a French door Samsung fridge which I upgraded to but then changed my mind . I visited the store earlier on today and Finally picked something that I loved. Although they didn’t have any in stock I was happy to take the one on display. Adam made the process easy regarding process of refund but his can do attitude and overall service exceeded my expectations. Thankyou again for a great experience and will visit again very soon.

Sharon was lovely and super helpful. In and out quickly, but also with lots of info.

edit: came here again for a blender and was served by friendly staff again (didn't catch her name, shortish redhead lady) who approached us first and gave us about 10% off on something we were going to buy anyway which was great. quick in and out in about 5 minutes.

I was just here about an hour ago and I told myself I have to leave a good review. As soon as my daughter and I walked in we were greeted with a smile and asked us what we were after etc. a friendly staff named Harki gave us an outstanding service and even offered some great deals. My daughter walked out over the moon with her new iPad. This is not the first positive experience I’ve had at Good Guys Marsden but 3rd, the other two occasions were also great so today I told myself I will always come here to buy my electronic goods. Thank to Matt who helped me today to find out the stick and matched the price from othershop, I finally got LG 12kg front loader washing machine and 9kg heat pump dryer.

I needed to return a bbq for an exchange. All of the staff could not have been more helpful. They made what could have been an annoying experience simple and stress free.

Bought a Dishwasher and a dryer recently. Sabina was excellent with her customer service. she was friendly and clear to explain all the options for delivery. Further, she checked the best prices available and done the price match. Definitely will consider this store next time.

Staff were very helpful, Sharon in particular gave me a good laugh when trying to select a small appliance for my mum, as well as some great advice.
Made shopping a pleasant experience rather than a chore.
Will definitely go there first for purchases in future.
