Before I started coming to Helou Chiropractic my back and hips were very painful and stiff and this was really impacting on my work and home life, leaving me quite tired and feeling very stressed. Until you suffer from back pain, you don’t realise how limiting it can be. Huss was very friendly and approachable and listened to me closely.

Within a few sessions I was so much better and coping with work, and able to do more at home too. The relief at being able to get back to normal was immense. I really look forward to my regular monthly tune-up now and always come away refreshed and with an improved posture!
