They have masks, catering things, balloons, costumes, decorative.
The price between reasonable and high, but you can shorten the time, even if you pay a little more, by shopping all you need from them

Ordered decorations and chairs through Lombards Preston. There was a great selection to choose from and the staff were very helpful. I arranged delivery and setup - made it so easy on the day. Then it was all picked up and taken away. Very happy thank you.

Busy but very helpful staff had plenty of information and went above and beyond to assist with a giant bunch of balloons.

Went in to grab some invitations for our sons birthday. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Shout out to one of the girls (forgotten her name) who even gave my son a balloon to take home.

Lombards has always been able to provide me with the items needed for every occasion the hire for helium tanks have made decorating a party much easier staff are so helpful and accessible is great

The team at Lombard Preston are AMAZING! Katerina was so lovely to deal with she helped me figure out what to hire and answered all my questions with ease, we unfortunately had to cancel our event due to lockdown and Vicky was very understanding and assisting during this time, although we never got to see our hire items come to life I highly recommend the Preston store just on my experience with these ladies alone! When we can finally celebrate I definitely will be back!

Entered the store when it was crazy busy, with one girl working. She remained cool, calm and collected and made sure all customers were greeted, spoken to and apologised to constantly for having to wait. She was great and handled this pressure superbly. Well done, Luna

Lombards Preston have always been my go to party supplier. They always have what I need and if they don't, they will do what ever it takes to get me what I need. The staff at this store are by far the best that I have ever come across. Francesca and Bruna would have to be the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever dealt with. Great store in Preston so shoutout to the staff for their excellent customer service! Lady staff member helped me with my order over the phone (twice) and she made sure they had the products. Loved all my items for 40th bday party and I would highly recommend ppl to shop at Lombard. 🙂

I went to buy one item that was on sale and walked out with most of the store!! Fantastic staff, Leigh went above and beyond her job requirements to make sure I was happy with every purchase.
