There was mistakes (my mistake) with online order details I put in. Preston Betta called me when they noticed something didn't look correct to make sure the delivery process would be excellent. They fixed my errors. They are awesome.

Ordered a new fridge at Betta online and the order was fulfilled by Fawkner store. Order placed 7pm Sunday night and Jim called me just a touch after 9am Monday morning, offering a delivery within the hour! Incredible service considering Betta online suggests 2-5 business days turnaround. Amazing service from Roger the delivery driver as well - it’s meant to be door to door with no unboxing but it wouldn’t fit through my doorway. So he unboxed it, rolled it in, and even cut up the box to make it easier for me to pop it in the recycling bin. Truly awesome from this local business.

Looking for a freezer and was happy to see Betta had exactly what I was looking for. And being within the FREE delivery radius I will never look elsewhere. Didn’t have to worry about what to do with the existing freezer AND the box it came in, the chap took them with him.

Con helped me with my purchase! It was a phone order, he re assured me that my items are in stock and in good condition after taking a minute to check. He also made a really good price and arranged delivery for me. He was very honest and reliable over the phone and made the sale very easy! After a lot of problems with another retailer trying to organise an urgent fridge purchase, it was great to call the Fawkner Betta store, speak to a real human (Jim), confirm the product was in stock and get next day delivery organised on the spot. Fantastic service. Item ordered online was out of stock so I went with an upgrade. Con went out if his way to have it delivered the same day. Even the delivery staff were so jolly and helpful.

The staff at Betta Home Living in Fawkner were very helpful considerate and nothing was ever a bother. I found them to be reliable and trustworthy. I will certainly shop there again. Special mention to Elaine who was very good to deal with.

Prompt and efficient service, very competitive pricing on products and delivery. I purchased a fridge on recommendation from the serviceperson who said my old one was beyond help, gave them my needs and they were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

10/10!!! Our experience dealing with Elaine exceeded our every expectation! She is an asset to the Betta Team! She went out of her way to help us find an appliance and was prompt in locking one in for us! She was patient when our payment methods kept declining and assisted us through the process. We will come back to Betta Fawnker for the rest of our major appliances just on this one experience with Elaine she is AMAZING! Thank you again!!

Update: spoke to paul who is trying to source a new combo for me after the last one broke down and went through hell with their insurance company. if a suitable replacement is found within a reasonable time i will be very happy and update this to five stars. Well done Paul for redeeming mistakes made by your employees. They came through great job guys
