Total Tools Preston

Bunnings tool section on steroids! This place is huge considering it only sells tools and accessories. More for tradies and professionals than home handyman there is a huge range of electrical and non electrical tools and accessories. I was looking for some specific items and staff knew immediately where the items would be and helped me with my queries. Only problem I found were many items had no price tags and shelf tags were tiny, with writing way to small to read prices and check if it was the right item. Especially on ground level items and items high up on display racking.

Top notch customer service, massive range. Just go to the front desk if you need help finding what you need in the 1 billion products.
The fella serving took the time to show us where everything was, and found some bits out the back that weren't on the shelf.

Much bigger then the old store with lots of stock and selection. Unlike most Total tool stores this store has great customer service and is well run. Probably my favourite store.

Was at the store on insiders night, Freddie helped me with everything I needed. He is 10/10. Best customer service I've ever gotten. Thank you Freddie. I will be back but only if you do the sale.

After visiting three other special tool stores and was unsuccessful in finding a tool I required, I decided to try this particular store to find a specific tool I need for a project.
The salesman I think his name is Mace attended to me.
He went above and beyond to understand what I was looking for and found the exact tool I needed. The service was exemplary.
Definitely recommend using this store.

We were shopping for a ride on mower. We are so grateful to have visited Total Tools Preston, every single team member was so friendly, helpful and approachable. The perfect Ego mower was delivered promptly with a smile and we love it. Already been back to buy a Karcher pressure washer. I’ll be doing all my home warehouse shopping at Preston Total tools from now on.

All the staff at total tools locations go the extra mile. The guys at Preston make you feel important regardless of what you are are after, and even just chased me down into the car park when they found a product I couldn’t locate. Real service and advice on quality tools and recommendations from experience.

Guys were fantastic there! Took my 89 year old grandfather there to buy a thicknesser and Maurice and the guys were brilliant in helping him. Not only did we get the advice we needed but had the product on hand and helped load it all in the car! Highly recommend a visit if you need anything!

An awesome store with awesome staff. Always willing to help find tools that are special orders. Just found out that Andy doesn’t work there anymore. Disappointing as he was so knowledgeable and helpful. Guess I’ll have to put up with Tony or Aaron now.

Mace was very helpful in helping me get the right adaptor to suit the ancient TJM air compressor in my 200 series. Above and beyond what was necessary :). Thanks.

They have pretty much everything you would need and their customer service is legendary. I don’t have to spend more than a minute looking before someone comes to help you get exactly what you need. They also provide lots of advise and tips even if you aren’t purchasing. I will go here anytime than any of the big box stores.

I only write a review if the service is really poor, or really good and my experience with Total Tools Preston has always been really good.

Today when I went to pick up something I had special ordered in, there was a problem with it. The guys there rather than mess me around got me my purchase and sorted out the problem internally.

When there is a problem that is the real test of how good the customer service actually is. The guys at Preston were awesome and honestly deserve five stars!

I've been trying to locate and buy a part for an older power tool. One call to Total Tools Preston and Aaron leapt into action. He was able to take payment and order the part from the manufacturer. 100% customer satisfaction. Aaron is a real credit to the Total Tools organisation.

Great customer service. The staff member helped me find exactly what i was looking for with no bullsh!t sales pressure. Huge range of quality tools to select from. The new location is huge, highly recommended.
