Officeworks Preston

The team at this store are fantastic. I went into Officeworks on Saturday to print off invitations for my wedding anniversary and kirri’s service was excellent. She went above and beyond to ensure they were exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommend.

Was looking for some teaching appliances when I was greeted warmly by a handsome young man named Declan. He quickly pointed me in the right direction in which I was able to find what I was looking for. He stayed and help with any questions I had. Truly wonderful customer service and a credit to the store. He is deserving of a raise and an all expenses paid trip to England to watch the premier league.

I had a very positive experience; I called them up about a camera on clearance and was greeted with a lovely lady (Nancy, I think it was), she was prompt, polite and attentive, and my Click & Collect was ready in 10 minutes! I was also served very promptly upon collection as well, so big thumbs-up to the team. Keep it up!

Really good customer service. Bought apple's USB C to AUX adapter and manager refunded the money because olthe adapter had really low volume.

Penny and Daisy went out of the way and helped me to print out my passport images when I went two other office work branches staff members completely incompetent to help out with useless answers and left me with no help at all. These type of young ladies need to be promoted treated well as not all the employees will be committed to their job. Penny does a really good job there by being a team worker it is absolutely beautiful to see how she keeps her calm with all the chaos around her and still work with a smile. They do a service with their heart. When the world tend to leave hatred in the internet, I think good work needs to be appreciated more.

The women that helped me went to a lot of trouble to locate previous purchase history (as I had no receipt but a faulty item). She was extremely thorough and friendly and I was very happy with the service and experience.

Late yesterday afternoon we went looking for a desk chair for my son and while we are still making the decision on which one I just had to make this review. When we were leaving the store there was a lady waiting outside who proceeded to tell me how rude and terrible the staff where and that did they think that in this current climate that she would be walking around without a mask and unvaccinated well yes if you don't have proof that you are exempt or have your proof of vaccination then you are not able to enter the store. At that moment I realised she was trying to discredit the staff. I did not say anything to her as I had my own children with me at the time. The staff at the Preston store were actually doing their job. Their job is to screen everyone who comes in to protect not just the other customers but also themselves. The staff were lovely and while we did not need help with a chair I have never once had any issues with this store. The staff have been nothing but professional and doing their job. Just remember these young staff are doing their job they don't make the rules. Well done to all these staff at the Preston store.

Good service, GREAT PRICES 😉 but it would be awesome if you could have more staff to help the customers at busy times. There were 2 poor staff members running all over the shop helping out 20 people with their questions and helping them. I always recommend this shop to my friends.

Had one of the best customer service experiences ever. I think the employee was Sophie or Sofia, but they were exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing short of lovely and obviously very enthusiastic and good at their job. Very efficient service overall as well

Awesome click and collect service. Always ready that day and so efficient. The guys at the front are all over it. Been there 4 times for click and collect and they’ve nailed it all the time and come straight to you as you park. Minimal waiting and very organized. Probably one of the most efficient click and collect systems. Peace

I can understand that it’s tough right now, with almost everything shut down and a lot of people working from home I can imagine the demand of the staff is heavy. I really needed something small to have a functional work day from home and didn’t stop to think that the actual store would be close. A young man who was working at the front pointed me in the right direction; on how to order the product I needed so he could assist me as quickly as possible. I mucked it up k ok nice before getting it right and bothered him probably 4 times before getting it. Even though I was a pain, even though he had many others who were following the correct procedures to accommodate he was still able to provide for me the service I needed to get on with my day. I didn’t get his name but I appreciated it. Greatly. 10/5 stars.

Love this store! Ordered 2 office chairs. Went to pick them after hours. A gentleman brought them from the back. Offered to push the trolleyball the way to our car. When we were struggling to fit the big boxes in the boot, he offered to take open all 6 packs, take out the bubblewrapped parts which fit in our boot. Awesome service!
