Fantastic team and very helpful. Just head into the warehouse (I know it may look confusing) but they’ve got a temporary shop front that you can walk up and ask for the product you want.

Will definitely shop there again. Great prices and they can order absolutely anything from a supplier if you put a deposit or get parts within a day from other stores.

Poor staff member was getting smashed, they probably should have a second operator on if they’re always so busy.
Also I know sometimes you’re in a pinch but if you have a big list of components you need at a minimum print or write the list for the worker to get all of it rather than dictate on the fly orrrr even better email or call through your order in advance.

If you're looking for parts, this is the place to go. I knew which RAM I needed (which I just installed and it's working perfectly) but not which mouse and mouse pad. Grace took the time to highlight which products they had in stock and I was given the time to look at all of them. Great service which makes buying here worth the money.

Prices are great given that it isn't online only and has its own storefront. Bought many a computer part here, with moderately friendly service (Preston), great parking, off a busy road. Seems to have a great selection, and they get parts from their other stores pretty quickly if they don't have it on site. Storefront in Preston is a bit average, just a big half filled factory with a desk creating a staff area. Looks like they're putting in some stock on display, but until then just treat it as a factory to pick up your parts and enjoy the prices.

Great prices. Location is easily accessible by bus. Don't need to order in advance unless it isn't in stock (probably should though so don't quote me on this). Can be a bit slow if there is a line, however the alternatives like officeworks just don't compare to the prices and range.

It's a good place for low prices, but don't expect them to give you much in the way of customer service, or even to answer the phone when they're busy! Tip: don't go there unless you know exactly what you want. They don't have time to describe or demonstrate the products. If you want that sort of service, go to Myers!

Great place to buy laptops as they don't stock the cheap nasty ones. Have good quality parts available for desktops too. Has a convenient parking lot off a side street, enter via rear roller door (well signed).

It helps to know computer tech to order or purchase any piece of hardware at great pricing. They do exactly what a computer shop should do. A couple computer nerds at the counter, lots of stock and you get straight forward non-salesman attitude or markups.

Good stock levels and cheapest around. This is a wholesale operation. If you expect immediate retail service it may not be for you. I always expect to wait.

price is very reasonable i ring and they place my unpaid order on the side for me to pay cash and pick it up

i like they close at 6::30pm most days when other computer places are closed and gone home.

You need to know what you want, down to the model numbers, before you walk in. You ask for the parts and pay, then they go pick them for you. The guy asked me very specific questions about my motherboard and whether it was compatible with the M2 hard drive I wanted. They seem to know their stuff.

Have been going here since they have opened, and over time have arrived at this rating - they do an excellent job of assistingand know what they are talking about. Willing to try to accomodate availability and logistics issues that come up. Thumbs up especially to Greg, thank you for your help.

Big warehouse full of computer parts. Service is slow because they're understaffed. Operating on razor thin margins. They get five stars for being the cheapest in Melbourne, going head to head with MSY and friendlier too.

Plenty of stock, good prices and good service tho you may have to wait to be served if there's other customers ahead of you.

Prices are pretty competitive and overall range across the stores is excellent. I've never had an issue over the past few years of getting bits and pieces.
