Customer service and professional care of my vehicle at Goldfields Collision was fantastic. Chris kept me informed every step of the way in relation to dealing with my insurer and ensured that my wait time during repairs was minimal. Thank you very much to Chris and the team for looking after me and my vehicle. She looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Goldfields Collision to family and friends.

These guys are so thoughtful and professional. They take the worry out of the whole process, and support you each step of the way. Wait times were a bit more than wanting, but recognise some delays outside of their control (e.g. parts not arriving when supposed to).

Honestly, these guys work harder than you would expect to support their customers.

I hit a kangarooo in my almost new BYD atto 3. Did a bit of damage and had insurance repairs through Goldfields. Being such a new model spare parts and suppliers were a challenge. The team at Goldfields made every effort to smooth out what could have been a difficult experience. The end result was worth the wait and we are very pleased with their service.

We were on a road trip and something wrong with the car. We came to NRC group without appointment and they fixed our issue in no time. Highly recommend them.

These guys were friendly and fixed up my car with only 2 days notice. Two hour turnaround and the car looks brand new. They've washed it, vacuumed it and said it was a small job so no charge. I couldn't be happier, the car was new, so I wanted it looking great and it does. Very impressive service and highly recommend.

Second time I’ve used Goldfields Collision Centre for my panel work, they are the best in the business in my opinion, their paint matching expertise is second to none, I will only use them in the future for any work I need.

I went to a few other panel beaters but non of them offered their assistant which I needed urgently. Stewart from this business went well beyond his call of duty to help someone in need. No doubt it’s the culture of this business. I highly recommend them. Much appreciated as it saved my day.

Peter towed our car and caravan back to Melbourne after we had broken down in Ballarat. He was courteous and extra careful with loading to ensure no damage to either vehicle and a pleasure to ride with for our journey. Could not fault the service.

Chris and the boys did a bang up job on my VF2 wagon. Had the rear bumper repaired and painted, and the front grille resprayed for stone chip damage. The work came up a treat, and overall experience was awesome. Had a loan car that was clean and practical, communication was clear and efficient, and the job was done in just a couple days. Can’t fault them for a thing, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Recently had a minor accident in my car, but the team at Goldfields Collision Centre were able to get me back on the road in no time. They were very easy to deal with and kept me updated with the progress of my repairs while they had my car.
Really happy with the outcome and my car has never looked better.

After my vehicle was involved in an accident, I took my car to these guys. What can I say, nothing was too much trouble. A loan car was offered immediately and once insurance company had contacted me all future dealings were handled by Goldfields. There were delays due to the availability of parts (another things we have to thank Covid for) however the guys kept me up to date on where things were at. I highly recommend if you’re ever in need of a smash repairer, these are the guys you want working on your vehicle.

Highly recommend this business.
I have just had an incredibly difficult paint match achieved for some new parts on my 1995 MG.
Some other panel repairers I went to in Ballarat would not even attempt the painting as they were unsure if they would be capable of the matching the colour.
Shaun, Mark and the guys persisted until they achieved the perfect color match.
The end result was fantastic. They also adapted the new parts to fit on the car perfectly

Highly recommended Goldfields collision! Despite the pressure on them during Covid and the struggle to get parts at the time while boarders are restricted, their communication regarding my car and level of professionalism was outstanding. Under the circumstances they still got it back to me in a timely manner and their repairs were flawless. Friendly staff, Shaun and the guys are great!

My late model 4wd had collision damage repaired to an as new standard by GCC.

From obtaining a quote to receiving the repaired vehicle, they were professional and helpful, from the time I walked in the door I had full confidence in the work they would do. No dodgy looking panel shops here!

Free courtesy car was provided so the repairs didn’t interrupt my work commitments.

Hopefully I don’t need to, but I would go back without any hesitation.

A couple of months on now and a few washes and KMs driven and the work is as good as new and completely unoticeable when compared with the rest of the vehicle.
