Emailed for a booking and was greeted by the lovely staff. Ordered sides to share and two pizza. We love and keep coming back for the mushroom pizza. Would love a rocket salad on the menu

Best wood fire pizza in the West! Ordered takeout for the family and they stayed warm and crispy.

Slow cooked pulled beef brisket pizza $28 (4.25/5): their most popular pizza did not disappoint. So much depth of flavour from that slow cooked beef. Beef could be softer and more meat could be added but overall the sauce on the pizza base elevated the brisket on the pizza.

Truffle mushroom pizza $25 (4.75/5): our favourite of the two. So creamy and flavourful. That fior di latte and burrata on that pizza created that mellow creaminess which allowed the seasoned mushrooms and truffle puree to stand out. Was rolling my eyes after each bite.

Definitely would love to sit in store and try out their other dishes - staff are very helpful and interactive!

This establishment is an absolute hidden gem. I’m so glad I found this place and the family thoroughly enjoyed the food.The pizza, sides, beer and cocktails all superb. AJ is a fantastic host who is extremely friendly and likeable. We will no doubt come back time and time again to experience the full menu. 10/10 any day of the week. Thank you!

Aj the owner is extremely friendly and attentive all the staff there where friendly. I had the Bresaola and twice fried potatoes with salt and rosemary. It was so yum. I'll Definitely recomend and be back again.

The BEST pizza! Not only in Caroline springs but in Melbourne. What an amazing experience it is every time we dine here. Always consistent and the staff are absolutely wonderful.
If you’re contemplating whether to go here, just do it, you wont be disappointed.

The most underrated restaurant in the west - if not all of Melbourne. The food is beyond incredible, the pizza bases are the perfect thickness and what goes on top is just mouth watering. Something for everyone, everyone I’ve gone with was beyond happy with their choice - and as a vegan I was pleasantly surprised to see options for myself (the spicy cauliflower pie pizza in particular 🤤). The staff are so friendly and welcoming, you can definitely tell it’s a small family owned business. Also believe they make the best espresso martini ever, and my fiancé says the same about their amaretto sour cocktail. Cherry on top - they play the best music in the restaurant and I am eager to ask for their playlist next time I go. 10/10.

Just had dinner at Madame West for a family catch up. Some of the best pizza we've ever had and the service was fantastic. Also, was very grateful for delicious vegan pizza options. Highly recommend.

Decided we want a real Pizza some we jumped in the car and drove from Pipers Creek to MadamWest ordered our pizza by phone. We were not disappointed! Absolutely delicious, the service was fantastic, we shall be spreading the word!

An absolute gem in the western suburbs! We ordered a few pizzas and a salad at this incredible restaurant and everything was perfect! The staff also know how to look after their patrons which is so refreshing! I highly reccomend that everyone visits Madame West!

My girlfriend and I have had pizza from all over the world! New York to Rome and beyond. The pizza we had last night was the best! The staff were friendly, the decor is fantastic and the oven is a wonderful centrepiece.. We will definitely be back..

Not much to say really. It was simply perfect in every regard, the food, the incredible service, even the cocktails were balanced and well made.
This was one of the rare occasions where a business just hit every nail square on the head. A small business I'm proud to support and have already shared with my friends and family.
Highly recommend, I travelled to come here but I am adament you're not a local until you've been here.

What a fantastic place !!!! Quality food with specialised pizzas, we chose the potato and leak crochet ( to die for ) and the capricosa pizza to share very tasty. For the beverage we inquired about the GSM wine and was greeted by Anthony who is absolutely delightful and explained the wine which we fell in love with ( ended up ordering another glass each hahha). You will not be disappointed with the fun environment and exceptional customer service. It was our first night out without our baby and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience, will be going back very soon.

Tried Madame West's pizza for the first time last night and was incredibly impressed. The pizza was delicious, light and full of flavour. The service was also fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality oven-fired pizza.

This place is next level. The pizzas are faboulas. The wood oven is the best I've ever seen. Definately the real deal in Pizza ovens and food. The owner and staff are welcoming and obliging. Great service and very reasonably priced menu.

I came into the restaurant feeling a little deflated after a long day's work but the owner came and greeted us warmly and we were feed delicious simple food. Capriccosa pizza and hallumi fries, I was left feeling happy and satisfied. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful woodfire pizza with great hospitality. Enjoyed takeaway pizza, and looking forward to eating in when restrictions ease. Happy we have this in Caroline Springs. Thanks for the great food!
