Excellent Customer Service. Very friendly and Helpful. The games are working properly and the Preowned ones are really worthy as well.

The service here is seriously amazing. There’s a man that works here, I think his names Michael? He wears glasses, and is extremely friendly. Makes the store a very welcoming place to be in :))))

Love this place the manager (ADAM) is a crack up but very professional and a great asset to eb games.

Staff were great to talk to when I asked questions and were really easy going even though the store was packed.
I didn't feel like just a customer I felt welcomed.

Staff are always there to help you out and are very knowledgeable. Great stock of games including games for Ps5, Ps4, Xbox one (New xbox's aswell), PC, Nintendo switch and even still stock Ps3, xbox 360 and nintendo 3ds and 2ds games (I have even seen psp games in stock occasionally).
They have a wide range of merchandise ranging from carrier bags, t-shirts, pop vinyl figures to keyboards and mice. Due to being able to trade in old games their stock is always decent as they re-sell games as pre-owned copies and if they do not stock a game they will offer to order games in for you and can possibly deliver. The newest games are available for pre-order with special editions. EB games also sell giftcards for themselves and xbox live gold, psn, and online currency cards are also available for purchase. EB Games has a wide range of PC merchandise including pre-built custom PCs. They also can fix faulty controllers and consoles. 5 stars

Bought an Asus Gundam Edition Router online. The package was sent from this store. AMAZING job Michael did in packaging it 👍👍

Good friendly service. They were happy to exchange an unopened game for me unlike the city store who only wanted to give me back the trade in price.
