Had high hopes for a good experience from Wilks Body Works after James answered my email promptly and we arranged to meet the next day for a quote. I made time in my schedule to drop off the car only to find the shop closed and no notices on the door as to why. Called the number - with no answer - although it was the day of the latest Optus outage. Being an understanding sort of a guy, I then contacted James on my arrival back home and over two weeks later...still waiting for a reply. Can't imagine how this business will prosper if this is the way potential customers are treated. Very disappointing.
