I could not fault this Woolworths if I tried.
The staff are absolutely lovely, always. Happy to have a joke, a chat, always enthusiastic, and never have a monotone attitude.
I’ve never been to a store with more inviting staff.

Hastings is on the water and 10 degrees cooler. It's not right.

This place was clean and tidy. It always is. The older lady who served me in the deli at about 1.20 is always informative about the product and the checkout lady was lovely. I bought a handful of prawns and they were lovely and fresh.

Just moved into the area. Nice clean shop, and friendly staff.

Always been great but during this period even better. Customer service is brilliant . Only wish they could monitor the drive up car bay, have had to wait multiple times while people parked and went in shopping!

I go to Woolworths Hastings every day.
Amazing staff, I particularly want to mention the new guy in the deli has amazing customer service skills.
I have a disability and walk some days with a cane and in those days staff are amazingly helpful until tonight when i struggled 3 times past 3 senior staff members with my cane and a heavy basket and not once did i get any offer of help.
5 stars for the workers at Hastings Woolworths who do give their customers the service we actually pay for in our groceries.

Expected good service - in fact excellent. Lady got us a trolley when she saw my daughter in a wheelchair.

Some of my click and collect items were out of stock. I was able to replace them but when staff saw me in store doing this the Manager compensated me for inconvenience with $20 Wish voucher.

Clean store, well stocked shelves, fresh food is fresh and the staff are friendly and quick to smile.
