Over many years have remained impressed by product range and service. Prices seem to be consistently lower than many available and will go out of their way to provide very significant discounts. My first choice when I want a good product quickly at what is often the best price without shopping around.

Have been meaning to go since for a while, but now that we have a dog, all the more reason. Staff were friendly and helpful, will to talk and get to know not just you as the customer but the animal as well (even got an invite to bring the pup in after his vacs).Only went in there for one thing and was provided with advice and shared experience. Will definitely be going back, keeping it local and supporting the local businesses. Very happy.

Excellent staff always friendly, happy to assist and give good sound advise when asked. If they don't have it they will get it or tell who you can get it. Could not ask for better service or products and everything is reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I had cause to do the ring around after being dudded by another similar business earlier this week.

I dealt with Darren as a first time customer (I think he's the owner, or at least one of them) and I was instantly impressed with how enthusiastic and authentic he was. I must admit that I was a bit suspect at first, thinking that all he was trying to do was sell me something, but when I queried the price of a Silvan product he not only did it for the catalogue price (which wasn't due out for another week or so), but stated that he would pick it up from Silvan and deliver it to my farm for free.

I am a very loyal customer and I know a great thing when I see it, having been ripped off many times before. Darren was true to his word, ordered the item in and delivered it to my farm precisely as he said he would.

He will continue to get my repeat business and I will continue to make recommendations to friends, based on the great level of customer service I have received so far.

I was Blown away with how helpful Darren and the team at Hastings Produce and Rural supplies was. They went so far beyond what i have seen from any other companies I have dealt with. Darren spent so much time explaining everything i needed to build my farm fencing, He also sourced me some tools to borrow instead of buying them as he knew i would only need them once. He delivered outside of normal business hours on the same day I purchased all my materials just so i could get all my fence done with the machinery i hired. Not only was the service amazing the prices on all the fencing materials was better than all other companies i had contacted on the peninsula and surrounds. Ill be going back there in the future for anything to do with rural fencing, weed control, stock feed and advice. Thanks guys.
