One of the best coffee machine and accessories shop of have been to - Tasmania or mainland! Really great service, a terrific range of machines, grinders and other accessories.
Excellent guidance on finding a machine that steps up from my old Gaggia machine. Eventually I decided on the Lelit Mara X - and I’m thrilled with my choice.

I believe Pat is based in Hobart and was immensely helpful in sorting out my coffee machine boiler issues from over in Perth.

Pat was quick to reply to my emails and provided excellent advice and support for a warranty claim. I sent through some photos and Pat immediately could see the issue and went about sorting a replacement under warranty.

We have had our coffee machine for six years and it was gradually getting to the point where I thought I would need to replace it. We just were not getting good coffee. I Googled Coffee Machine Repairs and up popped Jetblack Espresso, Moonah. Took it in and spoke with Patrick. Three days later the machine was returned in new condition. It has worked a charm ever since and I now get creamer with every cup. I am sure it is running better than when I first purchased it. I cannot recommend Jetblack Espresso at Moonah and Patrick high enough. Also, the charges were very reasonable.

Have been dealing with Patrick who is a wealth of knowledge on machine servicing, parts, and just an exemplary representative for Jetblack Espresso. It's for the service provided by team members like him that I will keep using Jetblack as my go-to despite living several thousand KMs away.
