SHEIKE Carindale

Every time I go into the Carindale Sheike store I am so impressed by the customer service of all the staff. The are so friendly and attentive and helpful. Evie in particular is a super star, nothing is ever too much trouble and so helpful. I recently had my daughter’s 30th and wanted to buy something really special to wear. After three visits and buying and then returning several dresses, I found the perfect thing to wear. Evie was amazing and so helpful. Thank you Carindale Shieke you will alway have my business.

I came in last night, and even though I didn’t make any purchases I will be back in the near future. Mia was the only staff member when I walked in and she had a positive, beautiful personality. She took the time to help me despite being busy in the store. She deserves a pat on back. Thank you.

I always find what I need. They have a fabulous range of gorgeous outfits to suit any occasion...plus the staff are amazing. 5 stars all the way!

Went a couple minutes ago and like many others have already said, their customer service was spectacular!

All the workers were so genuine and eager to help, and it was such a comforting atmosphere that it lifted me up from an anxious mood I was in (all my hearts to Ash - your enthusiasm and kindness made my day thank you so so much <3 and also your eyeliner?? Impeccable).

The clothes are also stunning and of very high quality (though some are a bit expensive if you’re on a budget, but it’s definitely worth the price), with lovely colours and matching sets.

Just such a wonderful experience in general - I’ll definitely visit again!

It only takes one person to make or break your experience and Cass from Sheike Carindale is INCREDIBLE! I went their to purchase a dress for my hens and an upcoming wedding and Cass offered impeccable customer service. She instantly gave me options and asked question's, as soon as she understood what my style/vibe was she suggested a dress I wasn't to sure on and she insisted id give it a go....IT WAS THE ONE! My whole experience from start to finish was so lovely and I hope Sheike as a company will acknowledge her efforts in customer service and securing over a $500 sale (I purchased the dress in store and also ordered another one online as they didn't have my size). Cass, the next occasion I have ill be driving over to see you to get your amazing help and service again. You are one of a kind.

Yesterday I was in store looking for something to wear for my Birthday Dinner, one of the lovely Sales Assistant’s offered to put together a few outfits for me to try on after asking me a few quick qualifying questions. I told her I would be back later as I needed to be somewhere else and she enthusiastically invited me back for a “ Styling consultation” My sister and I walked away absolutely blown away by her Stellar customer Service. I did not return yesterday but today I felt so bad and still didn’t have an outfit I made a point of travelling back only to be given the same amazing service by another team member. I brought a dress and was so happy these girls made my week. I work in Retail and know first hand people are always quick to comment on bad performance and I wanted to make sure that everyone hears about this Amazing Customer Experience. Well done ladies , there should be more Customer Service Specialists like you !

Yesterday it was my 40th birthday and I was having a very difficult day when I entered Sheike to buy a dress (as I have my party on the weekend) when the beautiful Ash asked how I was doing and I literally started crying and she was so kind to the point of giving me a hug. Not only that but she had all the patience in the world to help me find the right dress. And I feel bad until now for not buying any dress. She is a beautiful soul who is not only great at selling but showed me a great deal of compassion and caring attitude. You were the most important part of my day yesterday. Thanks Ash for being so kind.

Came in looking for a dress and all the staff were so lovely and helpful. I tried on a couple of outfits and decided I would just think about it for now. Even though I didn’t buy anything i had a great experience.

Went in today for an outfit for a Christmas party I’m going to, have had some bad experiences shopping so I was so nervous but all the ladies were so lovely and helpful especially Trish I think her name was with the short dark hair, she was absolutely amazing and made me feel incredible in the dresses even though I’m a size 14-16 which can be so difficult to find something flattering. Absolutely beautiful women with the best customer service & style tips! Highly recommend to anyone no matter what size you are ❤

Fantastic customer service the ladies were very nice, friendly and very helpful.
Nice variety of clothing for all occasions & those extra special occasions.
My daughter was able to get all the right clothing pieces for her outfit thanks to Tracey and her lovely ladies.
Definitely advise checking ‘SHEIKE’ out in case you can’t find that special outfit you might need.

Ahh Ash at Sheike Carindale is just incredible! Every single time I go in she is there and so bubbly, positive and engaging. She takes interest in you as a person, and a customer. She is so helpful and her personality and outlook on engaging with people are just so kind. Customer service and the way you interact with someone could make or break their day, and Ash religiously makes mine. I am sure the other staff at Carindale Sheike are just as incredible and I couldn’t help but leave a positive review 😍🙌🏼

Had the BEST experience in your store!! I went in looking to try on a dress I saw online earlier in the week. I was greeted by the lovely Sam who helped me with sizing and styling. She’s is also an amazing tech whizz and helped me sought out Afterpay on my phone! AH-mazing! What a gem and an asset she is for your company! Thanks again Sheike and Sam, I will be back!

I am so impressed with the amazing customer service. All the staff are so nice, it made me feel so welcome. Plus, obviously the dresses are incredible as well.

Absolutely beautiful clothes and very reasonably priced. Both ladies in the store were welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Alex, thank you for all your help and being a genuine sales person that actually cares about her customers and how they feel aswell as look in their outfits. Highly recommend xx

I have been into this shop several times now and the service has ALWAYS been fantastic. The ladies are always willing to help and offer suggestions. They always greet you and I have found them all friendly. Will definitely be back again, you can't beat great customer service!

On a crazy busy night, staff couldn’t have been more helpful and encouraging. They were happy to hunt for sizes and rehang things with a long line for the change rooms and the register. They were all smiles and complimentary.
