Robina Town Dental

I've had a toothache for a few weeks now and after seeing one dentist who couldn’t find the problem we was referred by some friends to Robina Town Dental..

After attending the Robina Hosiery emergency department we made an appointment early in the next morning and they immediately arranged for me to see the dentist at 11:20am.

Dr. Oriza Laprea was very professional and caring, she explained everything and fixed my tooth ache very carefully. All of the team are great!! We just moved from South Australia to the Gold Coast and were lucky to find a good dental clinic that we think is the best. Our family will continue to come here. thank you for an amazing service.

Thank you for the exceptional care I received from Robina Town Dental. They are a lovely caring team and you know you’re in good hands once you step in the door. I am a nervous dental patient (previous dental trauma) and Alistair is always kind and makes the experience so easy as he goes above and beyond with the dental care he provides. Also a big thank you to Natalya who cleaned my teeth, it was the most comfortable hygienist appointment I have ever had and my teeth have never been so white ! A big thank you to the team.

Both me and my daughter were extremely happy with the service here- everyone was friendly and professional. The ladies at the reception are super helpful and our dentist, Dr Hitch just made us feel and at ease and we couldn’t be happier with her.
Also it is a Bupa dentistry, it was great to have the best possible rates and makes the future visits more regular and very affordable.

My son had an excellent time with Dr Bianca yesterday morning. Every time he goes to the dentist absolutely crying and screaming which makes me so nervous. Dr Bianca was super patient and professional to check his teeth and did filling (he didn’t cry). After he went home and told me that he didn’t feel any pain and Dr Bianca is the best dentist in the world 👍👍👍

Just wanted to say thank you to the entire team for making me feel welcome and for the dental care provided - it was really appreciated. Tania the hygienist explained each step so I knew what to expect and was one of the most gentle cleans I have experienced. They even had a movie running that aligned to my favourite leisure activities, which was a nice way to feel relaxed. Thanks again.

Wonderful dental healthcare service provided by Alicia and the team ! The whole team at the Robina Town Dental were professional and very accommodating. Dr Shannon was great. Very patient and thorough with the clean. She was happy to explain everything I needed about my dental issues and answer all my questions. I will definitely be going back for my future dental needs.

This practice is so friendly and comforting! I hate the dentist but Dr Henry is excellent! He doesn't push to spend $$ but gives options & quotes for what could be done. He is clear, concise and has such a kind & gentle bedside manner. All of the staff have a very warm and genuine presence. I can't praise them enough for their efficiency, discretion & value to an industry which at times lacks compassion and professionalism. Thanks team!

Great caring service from the receptionist and the Dentist was also caring and professional and efficient. I had badly damaged my tooth and the Dentist repaired my tooth with ease. Thank you to Dr Alistair Henry.

Best Dentist on the Gold Coast!
I have been seeing Dr Hayden Morse for the past year now. He has been fixing my poor little teeth.
Hayden, is by far the best dentist I have ever been to.
He is friendly, thorough, gentle and gets the job done fast!
The office girls and medical assistants are also amazing.

I had an emergency and the staff were fast, efficient and the process to get me in ASAP was fantastic. Dr Cosgrove was lovely. Explained everything in detail to what was being done and continuous treatment. Thank you all at Robina dental for the smooth process.

The girls at the desk, especially Katie were amazing and looked after my baby while Emma eaned my teeth. Emma was amazing and helped me through my fear of dentists. Not going anywhere else now and happy to travel get here.

Dr Henry provided exceptional service and care for me today. He went above and beyond to explain to me each procedure, the longevity of the work we would be doing and also keep prices affordable as well. He, his nurse and reception staff were so friendly and accomodating , they made a normally uncomfortable procedure very comforting and supportive. I will be coming back again and so will my family. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentists!!! This was however the best experience I've ever had & that is truly saying something! All the staff were fantastic & Shannon the dentist was fantastic! A painter experience!!! I was so impressed with her care & attentiveness! I usually don’t leave reviews but I just had to for this practice, the women who work here are just lovely. Both the admin, dental assistants and dentists. They just have such a lovely, welcoming demeanour. I was running late for my appointment and rushed in, and one of the ladies behind the desk offered me a bottle of water, a small but such a kind gesture. Dr Lancaster is an amazing dentist. So friendly and caring and you can just tell she is super bright and really cares about her job. All of the staff just seem like lovely people and it makes all the difference in the world when using a service like a dentist. Would recommend this place 100%!

If I could give 6 stars I would! As an anxious dentist visitor - from the minute I walked in reception I was greeted by a friendly team. Dr Eden Hitch was incredibly kind and thorough in my check up. I then went for a clean with Nataliya who was very lovely and informative. I left feeling at ease and educated on my oral health. Thanks again team, I’ll see you soon!
