Lorna Jane - Carindale

I went into the carindale store today to see if I could exchange some leggings that got a hole in the right leg after only wearing them 3 times. The lady that served me (her name was Terri) was incredible! She was extremely professional and very helpful!
As I was never sent an invoice from my original purchase Terri spent ages calling the store I bought it from and tracked it down.
Because of Terri i was able to exchange the faulty leggings, something I wasn't holding my breath for.
She is an asset to the team! I have already told several people about my great experience in store today.. Keep up the great work Terri! And thank you

After reading some of these reviews I was a bit scared to ask for any assistance in sizing as I'm over 50 and have just had a post menopausal weight gain.
On Tues afternoon 23/1 grabbed a few larger sized items and went to change rooms myself trying to avoid any staff members.
To my surprise I was followed and asked if I needed any further help with sizes. In all honesty I cant fault the service I received I could tell the young girl was ready to go the extra mile to explain fittings etc. However my friend and I were in a hurry I explained I just needed sizing and would buy online at my leisure.
Don't let go of the lass with the dark pulled back hair, matching brows and a deep tan in a hurry as she is an asset to the LJ label.

I went in to store with my son this afternoon. Terri was just fabulous! She was very welcoming and approachable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I can't say I've ever had this level of customer service before at Lorna Jane so I was very impressed. I would highly recommend her to meet your every need in store!

Three really helpful and kind people working today. Immediately welcomed to the store and helped with everything without being over attentive.
