Fantastic to see the range in sizes. That is available. Really nowhere on the scale that City are doing it.
Absolutely amazing fit done by staff on the day, Katie and Kat
Katie was so good at her job, Not only does the garment fit and give me the lift I needed. Her attitude was amazing. She went above, and beyond even though the store became crazy busy, she made sure I was looked after with another staff member, Kat Who was also really good at her job. Both the brows and the Service still make me smile today which is four days later.

Went to City Chic at Carindale today with my daughter, after visiting numerous other shops in the shopping centre we did not need to look any further. We walked out with 6 items mostly due to the exceptional customer service given to us by the store manager Claire. I cannot recommend this store highly enough and would definitely return for future purchases. 10/10

My partner and I took my Mum to CityChic Carindale looking for a nice dress to wear to my wedding and the two staff were so incredible. Mum is a plus size and they gave advice, without over extending their advice, built Mum’s confidence up and gave really practical & supportive feedback. She’s VERY happy. Thank you!!

Went tonight with my friends and Yanny (hope I spelt her name correctly) served me and she was absolutely amazing, she helped me find a bra that fits amazingly, she really knows her stuff and made me feel at ease the whole time. I also got a new pair of jeans that fit great too. Thanks Yanny ❤

I went last week and I was helped by a woman who was being trained. I really regret not grabbing her name because she was absolutely beautiful! For the first time in years I was able to find a dress and and strapless bra that fit me perfectly! Her help and general attitude made me feel like I was the most beautiful person in the world and made me feel confident in my body for the first time in a long time! I will definitely come back in the future!

I was so impressed with Emily's amazing customer service yesterday at Carindale! What a gem. She is friendly, kind and compassionate. She also truly listens and understands. On top of that, she has an intuitive sense for colour and was honest with me when one dress didn't suit my complexion. This is a rare ability. Nothing was too much trouble. Emily, you are a huge asset to that store. I can't thank you enough. 🙏

Great clothes. Staff are always really helpful. Have everything from bras to dresses. Their sales are always really good. Large sizes so a 16 is a small or extra small.

I was served by the gorgeous, Yanny. She helped me to pick a dress for a function. Knowledgeable and bubbly, she put me at ease and gave me some excellent styling tips. Thank you for making it a pleasant shopping experience!

Best Customer service ever, the lady who's name im sorry I didn't get but you were fantastic, I had my 1 year old in her push chair and you carried the dresses I wanted to try on to the changing room, to offering If I needed another size, and asking if I needed help being zipped up, for my first time visiting that store as I always visit garden city, you made my experience one that I wont forget
