I had the best apple turnover I have ever eaten in my life here yesterday!!
Highly recommend. All the food we bought was delicious and staff were so nice and friendly. We will always stop in when we travel now

Perfect location in the middle of the main road through Childers. When you see the lights for the pedestrian crossing, get in the little service lane on the left-hand side of the road for easy parking.

Now let's talk about the pie and custard tart. They were amazing!

Read the Google review for the Custard + Cream Croissant when I was passing through town from Brisbane - the hype is real (not mentioned was the SWEET APPLE FILLING)
Also amazing and remarkable is the Coffee Ring: Made on choux pastry, like a cross btwn a Coffee eclair and Paris-brest with a cream + custard filling. The Paris Brest with Butterscotch Cream is on my hit list for next time.
Incredible concepts from such an unexpected place. This will now be a must-do anytime I'm passing through on my long distance travels.

Great coffee, lighest scones I've had for many a moon, delicious mud-choc cupcake with fresh cream. Very satisfied customer heading south, see if we resist a second visit heading north. Really thought I noticed a nice looking pie with peas on the way in🤔😁

Amazing service! I could not visit mum for Mother’s Day 2020 and so I ordered 15 cup cakes to celebrate the day. As my mum is recovering from cancer and doesn’t drive much anymore one of the lovely ladies from the bakery took them to her retirement village. It was a wonderful surprise for her and I am very grateful for the extra mile the staff went to.

LUCKILY! The bad service we received from Insane Caffiene in Childers, led us to this WONDERFUL BAKER next door to them. We were received with beaming smile and friendly greeting. The cafe is clean, bright and welcoming and the food is amazing, they have a variety to suit any taste. 5* to the ladies! That will definitely be our stop when travelling through Childers. Give them a go, so worth it. Thank you ladies. Loved our experience!:)

I absolutely love every item I have purchased over time from this bakery. One of the ONLY bakeries left that actually sell a steak and onion pie, and don't add tomato! Their bread lasts for up to 5 days without putting in a fridge/freezer. And!! If you like lamingtons you just should NOT pass up a 6 pack from here! 5 stars in every aspect of your store....

Customer service amazing. Many variety of cakes, pastry pies and drink. Quality of hot expresso coffee needs improvements. Pie was crispy on the outside and perfect filing. Wish i had bought white chocolate mud cake. Thank you❤

Stopped for morning tea and had a very pleasant experience. Coffee was good. Food was good. Easy to park. Toilets across the road. Appropriate COVID precautions in place, yet still friendly. Highly recommend!

Great pies but better still was the lovely friendly greeting and service. Not always easy to find when travelling.

My jaw dropped open as I saw a croissant filled with Custard AND Cream. The shop assistant smiled and said simply, "Yes, it is a thing."

Called in got a plain pie service from a young lady was nothing but the best. Highly recommend, pie was delicious😋 Thankyou..I was the lady who got BBQ sauce put under the lid of 🥧pie. Num num

Best pies and sausage rolls in Childers hands down! Make sure to grab one if you pass through. They also have a new sandwich bar too - highly recommended.

Lovely bakery with friendly staff, and, maybe the best Jalapeno and Cheese pie ever ! Highly recommend.

The brownie with smarties was very tasty and filling. The custard tart was very nice. Lovely staff and wonderful service. Well worth the stop.
