Great little park for my family, especially my reptile loving boy. He loved getting super close to the animals - something that not all Paul's can offer. Very friendly staff. Had a fun afternoon!!

This place is an absolute gem! What a lovely way to break up the drive from Rocky. Well worth a stop! My kids got to touch a beautiful python and baby alligator! Staff are great, super friendly, great variety of beautiful animals. We will definitely be dropping back in again next time we're passing by.

Lovely little surprise! We decided to stop in on our way back to Brisbane from Bundy and it was there on the side of the road. Not big by any means but a lovely way to spend an hr or 2. Tidy and well put together. We saw a dangerous snake demonstration, crocodiles, kangaroos, emu, koalas and a Komodo dragon! Highly recommend!

I had an AMAZING time here last weekend. The keepers were all so knowledgeable about the animals, and were very safe and organised when letting visitors handle the reptiles. The park has so many different animals, it kept us busy for the whole day! I took my camera and managed to get loads of photos that I’m really happy with!!! Would definitely recommend a visit for anyone nearby! - @kirsttravelss x

Visited this park in 2009 and had an unforgettable time with the kids, and passing back through today visited again and had just as much fun by ourselves. The staff here are so passionate and informative. Attentive and patient to any questions. The cages and enclosures are the cleanest, with clean, fresh water and foliage. Great experience, I just hope one day I maybe passing by again.

I have followed Snakes Downunder for many years on social media. Seeing the new facilities upgraded and the new animals introduced made it a must visit for when we were next in the area. We booked a Meerkat feeding for myself and my partner and it was the most amazing experience, they are such intelligent and inquisitive creatures. The young volunteer that was with us during the experience was knowledgeable and engaging. Every animal around the park was viewable and it was noticed by others that even though it was incredibly hot weather you could still find the animals in each enclouse (they were not asleep or hiding)!
Our kids have been multiple times with their grandparents throughout the year and have come home to rave about the animal show and viewings (especially the Crocs & snake). Plenty of new shade areas with tables would make it a great family day out. The enclosures are well maintained and informative. A core memory with the Meerkats has definitely been achieved.

We visited on the way through town on a road trip. Great snake show and all in all great presentations. The park is a good size for a few hours relaxed outing. Plenty of diverse animals to see for a good price. Cafe serves hot pies and sausage rolls which were a winner on the rainy day. Free umbrellas were provided and there were covered areas. Staff were kind and knowledgeable.

I took a client to the park to build an animal portfolio as he is wanting to take on photography as a hobby. We were amazed that such a small park can be so informative and interactive. The staff are brilliant, full of knowledge, friendly and welcoming, the animals were great and the shows put on were very entertaining. The park was clean and easy to navigate. There are some great opportunities the get photo's with the animals. The entry fee is well worth the price and the gift shop is well affordable and stocked. I will be making Snakes Downunder a regular place to visit with both my kids and clients.

Great family friendly reptile park. I visited with my 4 and 2 year olds and we all had lots of fun. Big Roos and lots of snakes, lizards and crocs to see. The shows and talks are nice and informative and the staff is super friendly. There is an opportunity to hold some animals too which is very special. A small cafe has enough to keep hungry bellies fed. Certainly would recommend and visit again.

We stumbled across this little hidden gem on the way from Hervey Bay to Bundaberg.
It's small but we still managed to spend a couple of hours here. The staff are very friendly and answer any questions you have about their animals. The park is neat and tidy and there a few different shows/feedings on during the day.

Very nice place to learn about Aussie reptiles. Small zoo, but lot to learn if you are up to it. Perfect for kids, they can get some education about the environment. Ticket prices are very reasonable. Had few shows. They were well organised and the presenters were educated about the subject. Staff was very kind and helpful. I can see the animals were treated well with respect. Loved the Meerkats as well. They are so active and loved watching them taking terns for security. Definite visit if you are close to Bundaberg. Your visit will help a local business do its part to help and educate us about the environment. I will visit again.
