Thank you so much to Georgie, Bree & Sarah for the outstanding customer service! Whilst I did not end up getting my coat, I so appreciate the efforts you all went to in trying to help me find one. First time I shopped at this Seed store as I normally shop at Chermside and City. Staff are friendly and patient as I kept changing my mind. Thank you for a nice Christmas shopping experience.

Staff were really helpful assisting to purchase a birthday gift for a friend. They even had it monogrammed with her initials. Thanks guys

After my experience at Seed today, I jumped online to see the reviews of this store and If it was just me who felt this way from the staff, It saddens me to see that I am not alone here. The staff at this store made me - and it is apparent a lot of others - feel like I did not belong and should not be shopping at their store. The attitude, looks, chatter, and overall disregard for customer service is shocking. The national manager of Seed really needs to reanalyse the framework of this store as I am sure it is affecting their overall sales.

Would rather shop online then ever walk into the Carindale store ever again.
