Customer service at all Myer stores is very good. A lady at this store helped me find the right size for a strapless bra. I’ve struggled to find a comfy strapless bra that fits well for years and she was great!
Another lady helped me when I was looking for fitted bedsheets

Ian was a great help at finding the perfect cologne for me. He was very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable on the subject, and he knew what colognes to suggest when I asked for something more formal.
I've been to Myer a few times in the past trying to find a good cologne and never walked away with one I 100% liked, but after talking to Ian, I was convinced on the BVLGARI man in black.

Great quality cologne and lasts a long time as well. If I ever need to go back, I will definitely keep my eye out for Ian as he was a great help!

Thank you to the ladies on late last night for helping me with a dress (shoe department), and again today to Victoria (pilgrim) for organising a replacement for me. Ladies were all wonderful and don’t get appreciated enough when working in retail

Excellent service. Imogen in homewares was incredibly efficient. There service was lovely. The store was well laid out. Displays attractive. We easily found what we were looking for and the team there were more than happy to help us get everything we needed together.

Went to check out latest mans perfume great collection. The atmosphere is amazing with great music.

I went in today looking to get a new cologne and was greeted by Ian Wong who helped guild me through some options landing on jimny choo man intense. He is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate, I could not have asked for a better service

Was looking for an item for my daughter for Christmas, I was in dismay as I couldn’t find what I was after. Fortunately a lovely employee came to help and swiftly found what I was after. Thank you Mahin, have a wonderful new year 😊

This is one of our favourite shopping centres has all the main shops plus great eatery section also parking was easy. It also has a variety of banks and has the best organised Suncorp bank that we have been to

Erin from the revive sections was so amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find my dress. My mum and I both left very happy and with a lot of clothes!

Retail assistant of the year award should go to Nicole in the ladies underwear dept. She was extremely helpful when my daughter was looking for underwear recently, so I was very happy that she was helping me today. She's friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Please pass my compliments on to her.

Today I shopped at Myers Carindale in the women's clothing section and was served by an extremely helpful young woman called Ashleigh. I have never left a review for anyone before but I was so impressed with Ashleigh's service I felt she should be commended. So rare today to get such professional and helpful service.

A great store, variety, and volume of stock was amazing. I live on the other side of town, but I make regular trips to this shopping centre.

Steven in the men’s department was absolutely fabulous! Not only was he amazing over the phone when I had a query - he had everything ready when I went to the store. He had informed his team about my query and they were able to help me while he was on his break. After he came back from his break, he finished the whole process, absolutely went above and beyond and I was overwhelmed with how much he cared about my experience. Thank you, Steven! Shirley assisted my wife and I in the fragrance department today and she was so attentive and knowledgeable. She was incredibly kind and helped us with picking the perfect scents for each of us. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
