Dorevitch Pathology

Excellent service from two kind, caring and careful women on a Wednesday. Our little boy has profound disabilities; they were truly lovely with him and so careful he didn't react to the needle at all. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have had to do a few blood tests and my midwife recommended me to do get them done at Dorevitch Pathology. Arleen & Navneet were so caring and compassionate. I have been to few pathologies before but after attending Dorevitch, I will not look elsewhere. Amazing service!

Highly professional staff.
I've been there several times during the last year and never had any trouble with pain or bruises after an injection. Waiting time is reasonable and is not longer than in any other popular place. Not so many Pathology centers are open on weekends, this one is.

They are racists, their action and tone towards a customer is rude and can be easily identified that they don't want us there.

Came early on Saturday to avoid que but there already was a long line, before the clinic opened. Was told to get a number (mine was 15th). Then the poor nurse warned us about long waiting time. Now 2.5 hours later still waiting. Surely, perhaps naturally, how can anyone expect just one nurse trying servicing everyone, no wonder she seemed confused. Seriously, if you can't see the major problem here, well, perhaps you also need help.

Unfair treatment by the nurse, always have blood test for my 3 years old. This time waited for 1 hour when our turn came up the nurse refused to do the test as she said not capable of doing.
Although she didn't have a courtesy to apologise for our wait time or give us other options.

Totally ignored us while we're talking and call out for next waiting and said us to leave.

If you can't do the test simply put a notice outside can't do today because I am not capable to dosome days we can do it when the other staff members are working.

Shocking my partner did a blood test for genetic testing and this particular test has a turn around of 5-6 weeks, only to find out the nurse that took the blood sample has put it in a a wrong tube and dorevich gave the excuse of it being lost. C'mon we waited 10 weeks only to find out they have lost it. And Monash IVF has been asking dorevich for update on a weekly basis. Very Poor :( So frustrating and disappointing. Just added more stress to our already stressful IVF process :(

Imrove your service 30 patients waiting and only one person doing the tests have atleast two to three staff members. Need to wait long time just for a quick blood test that too in fasting

Improve your service, long waiting lines, i had been waiting one hour for blood test, 15 patients waiting for blood test, they had only one nurse. I was fasting and being pregnant having nausea.

Extremely bad experience today. Went there accordingly to what was told. But just because the first lady had to leave, she made an excuse to come back later and when went there being the first person, other one who knew it was us who were asked to come back. She also made an excuse that, we need 2 people here to do the test for kids.

They just want an easy experience, considering blood tests on kids are bit tricky.

Such waste of time and unworthy staff!!

Left with bruising in both arms, three injection sites and no bloods taken. First ever experience with Pathologist not being able to get my blood. Very poor quality of staff :(

Very long waiting times.. they don’t bother you are fasting .. waiting will be atleast 2 hours even if you want to drop a sample … stay away if you don’t want to have stress

I had to ask my way around to get blood test. There was no clear instructions. The pathologist was too abrupt when taking blood, had given my arm bruise for days. 🙄
