Absolutely love this gym !
Brett who is the owner is so passionate about health and fitness and extremely knowledgeable. I was lucky enough to have him as my trainer for two years. So happy with my results! but that was a small part of the journey. I learnt so much and gained a life time freind. Highly recommend sending him a message !!💪🏻💪🏻🙏🏾😀

Amazing small selective private gym, professional instruction. Variety, of circuit training and weights training for strength. peak fitness training for those that can afford it as well. Plenty of space, open 24 hour access for members. Deep functional personal rehabilitation, set your goals and reach them with a very high, extremely organised and experienced mentor coach. Work the mindset with Brett.
