I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am to Blooms! A massive THANK YOU goes to Jackie, Kylie and Nicole especially (along with Charlene) for being such wonderfully supportive pharmacists whilst I was staying in Glenorchy.

They definitely go out of their way and above and beyond their position descriptions to ensure you are provided with the most authentically inviting, warm, friendly, welcoming and caring experience as a (vulnerable) customer.

I’m quite sad to leave here actually however I will definitely be back when I travel to this side of the city again.

I’m not one to often leave reviews but I just wanted to thank Jackie! I walked in feeling hesitant about a new prescription, but left at ease. She was incredibly thorough in answering any questions I had, as well as being so empathetic and friendly. I really appreciated the service. Also can’t forget Anja - who was so quick to hype up her team when I had mentioned their kindness. Both of these ladies were so lovely!!

I came in today and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by Teresa she helped me answer questions about medication for my child she was so polite and well mannered and made me feel at ease straight away I will definitely return to your store whilst Teresa is employed there she's a credit to your store thank you 😁

Big shout out to RORY Awesome young man .very helpful had i my 4 health check with him on Wednesday. Made me feel very comfortable Very informative. Would also like to give a shout to Frazer as nothing is ever a bother lovely young man

So here we are 8 months later and this pharmacy is still going above and beyond for us. They are the most caring group I have ever come across. Charlene went above and beyond when I needed some personal items that I couldn't find anywhere in Hobart. They now have this product as regular stock which makes life so much easier for me. They go out of their way to check with me about hubby if he's not with me and a hug if I'm not feeling myself. I still cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

We went in yesterday to discuss CPAP masks for my husband. Charlene was amazing. Absolute wealth of knowledge and conveyed in a way that we could understand. Walked out the door with not only the machine but with knowing that we were being looked after and that hubby will be monitored to make sure he is on the right track. I'm even going to get checked myself for sleep apnoea as it's now so easy and no overnight hospital stay. The staff in the pharmacy are second to non. Thank you so much Charlene we are so impressed.

I was looking for a shoulder strap for more than 2 weeks but couldn’t find anywhere. Then today I found it in Blooms chemist. The staff on the checkout was so helpful. She even helped me to put it on.

Lady helped me put on bandage today and helped me find what I needed for my graze on arm was very nice and helpful

I love Blooms Glenorchy! I have complex medical issues and it's nothing and I mean nothing that the amazing staff can't handle. So friendly and professional. They all know their stuff. My go to girl is Ashlee, I've had her running around fixing everyone one of my needs and she smiled all the time. She made me feel not only welcomed but that I was very important.
I hate that my health is complex but love having all the staff at Blooms know me by name as soon as I walk in and that I will well supported and looked after.

I go here for the service first, medicine second. Their customer service is the best I've experienced.

I went to Blooms Pharmacy today and I was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Fraser. He was very knowledgeable about snake bandages, and he soon pointed me in the direction of some very suitable options. I will be definitely be back to this pharmacy in the future as it is great to have good old fashioned customer service.

I shopped, here before and within the new company taking over, the service I received has not changed at all, but I'd like make a special mention about Rachael. She always seems to have a way of making everyone comfortable and welcoming. Thankyou to Rachael and all the team.

This chemist has been my chemist for over twenty years the service I have received has been excellent over these years. Racheal go’s above and beyond service ordering in items that I need. All the other staff are about the same. Me being a difficult customer they excelled at being extremely helpful and professional staff, they all need a huge medal for their patience

Here on holiday from Perth. Visited this chemist to make an enquiry about Trulicity for my wife's diabetes. Very hard to get in Perth. Is very good at keeping my wife's Type 2 diabetes under control . The staff and in particular, Charlene Cerros ( retail manager ) were wonderful. She had some spare and delivered it to our hotel in Hobart because we forgot the scripts. Thank you for the excellent service.

Charlene has been amazing managing my sleep apnea test, explaining the results and guiding me in the right direction with the CPAP machine and mask trials. Would definitely recommend Charlene and the friendly team at Blooms.
