Been going to this clinic since I was a kid, I have always had the best treatment. Such a great team, I’ve even had one of the doctors call me to check in on me or give me updates outside of appointments. I appreciate the level of care.

I can’t speak too highly of my session with Medical Assessment Nurse Judy. Her breadth and depth of experience together with her delightful personality are gold.

Never had any issues with this clinic, don’t understand why reviews aren’t higher. Easy booking system, usually plenty of appointments available with options to book telephone appointments, which is convenient for follow-ups etc. I don’t always see the same doctor but that hasn’t affected my personal experience. Medical receptionists have always been very friendly and helpful in person and via phone.

After 40+ years of chronic health conditions and varying negative GP experiences, I have been attending this practice for the last 10 years. The care has been mostly exemplary, save one locum with a bed side manner still requiring some development. But mostly, I have been amazed at how kind, professional and informative they have been during the pandemic. If you are looking for a GP in the Castlemaine area, I thoroughly recommend Lyttleton St. 👏 👏 👏

I have been here my whole life and never have I been treated so poorly. Firstly my appointment I booked 4 weeks prior was cancelled on the day and then later switched to a phone call and now after been told it would be bulk billed I am being charged for an appointment where they couldn’t even look at the problem. Never coming back here again.

Previously attended this clinic and when I have been staying in the area and needing a script for Insulin the staff have said they can't see me because I have had 2 different clinic appointments since moving to Melbourne. Prioritise your existing and previous clients health for a better review, this is not a private medical clinic, stop acting like one.

I have been going to this clinic for 6 years now all of a sudden I have some new doctor, who belittled me and treated me like a number, went to explain why this certain medication is not working for me and was told to keep taking it. Went from being the best clinic in town to the worst

Absolutely pathetic. Was told to call them by hospital only to be told they won't see me as I'm not an existing customer. They have a duty of care which they failed. I will be issuing a complaint to doctors commission.
