Zest For Fashion

I’ve been a frequent shopper at this store since the early years of opening back in 2015, and this place has honestly flourished SO much. The owner is an absolute delight and is always stocking very fashionable and comfortable clothing and accessories for a variety of shapes, sizes and ages. All of the workers at Zest for Fashion have been very welcoming and warm, willing to give 100% of their attention to make sure every person’s needs are attended to.
I could not highly recommend a more wonderful store to visit when you’re in Hahndorf at ANY time of the year!

It was a lucky day for me when I found Zest for Fashion in Harndorf. I have shopped there for my summer clothing just so lovely and colourful. The owner was there one time and gave me great fashion advice. Looking forward to winter shopping. 👍👍10/10.

This little shop is the cutest and friendliest shop to visit at Hahndorf. The owner is really easy to chat to and makes you feel very welcomed. Will definitely be going back on my next holiday to Adelaide!

I've shopped there MANY MANY MANY times whilst on holiday to SA; and my experience has been sssoooo totes grand with excellent merchandise to choose from, and SUPER attentive customer service that is unfaultable by the owner & manager 👍👍 with a very high end expectation on the aforementioned 👍🏆

The owner was amazing and her clothes of great material and comfortable styles.

She helped my friend and I find out fits that made us feel like a MILLION... and for an affordable price. I am coming back.

Arrived at Handorf before lunch had a quick look inside and decided that we will come back after lunch to try things on as we would have more time.
Had lunch to come back to the shop at the above time to a message on the door that they were reorganising the shop!!!
The lady was still in the shop so knocked on the door to ask if my visitor from the UK could come and try on some dresses as she was returning to the UK on Mon!
The lady replied 'No, we are reorganising the shop'!!!!
WHAT THEY COULDN'T REORGANISE THE SHOP AFTER HOURS!!!???

Retail struggles-not this one! 8 keen girls to buy a bargain where ordered out of the shop after questioning a misleading ad outside the store, which said: 50% off inside store. Surprise when a dress was 20% off. Pointing out the sign outside the shop keeper answered: don't lecture me and if you don't like it-leave, all of you. Needless to say we spent our money somewhere else.

19/2/22 If in doubt ask Consumer Affairs, I did. As a shop keeper you have to follow the Australian Customer Law. You breached it by not reflecting inside the shop what the outside ad claimed: 50% off inside shop. You had an obligation, according to Customer Affairs, to provide the dress immediately for 50% off, instead of 20% off, after my questioning, or apologize for the arrow and remove the sign immediately. You did neither of this. Instead you felt lectured , ordered us out of the shop , called me a bully and argumentative , while you broke the law with your false and misleading ad. Consumer Affairs is following this up (rec. no. 185115) and I expect an apology for your unprofessional attitude and unlawful advertising

My experience in this shop was rather disappointing . The advertising outside the door said 50% off inside the store. After showing our interest in a dress the salesperson told us that this item was 20% off. I responded that in that case the sighn outside was false advertising. Her response was : don't lecture me, and if you don't like it leave my shop, all of you." We were 8 costumes, prepared to spend our money there..

The rudeness of this owner is terrible , I was upset leaving here and I said nothing to her. Good luck I’ll spend my $$ elsewhere

Worst customer service ever. I'd avoid the place just to pay more elsewhere
