The manager Sophie is a beautiful kind hostess who overlooked our stay. The house itself is in the perfect spot, nestled up in the suburbs. Quiet and private, the balcony has gorgeous views of the ocean and hills. Well equipped the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Would love to stay here again!

What a lovely place to stay! After a long day driving the great ocean road it was just perfect! The bed was huge and the apartment was clean and cosy! The shower and bathroom were nice and hot and powerful too. Sunny the host welcomed us in and gave us the wifi and made it feel straight at home. Great use of facilities and breakfast in the morning too! 10/10! Would recommend to anyone!

Great clean accomodation, not far from the centre of town (20 minute walk), and 5 mins to the closest bit of beach which is lovely for a swim and lay.
Michael who is the host was very very nice and made sure we were comfortable for our stay.

Great place! The room was clean and well laid out. Plenty of amenities were available, and really appreciated being greeted by a friendly, smiley face upon arrival. Highly recommended!

Good value and good location close to the beach. Not walking distance into town though. The beds were comfortable but the TV was not working. The bathroom was not clean and the shared kitchen and dining area were also quite dirty with smelly dishcloths and dirty dishes and crumbs on the floor and minimal utensils to have a simple breakfast. The manager was friendly but not helpful in resolving our issue with the TV. It was quite noisy even though the other visitors were being considerate. It would only require a bit more attention to detail to receive a better rating.

Was very well equipped for our visit. Driveway entrance needs attention, a bit overgrown.
Otherwise, it was comfortable and clean.

Comfortable and clean when we stayed. We had the whole upstairs to ourselves. Garden could use a cut and redesign.

Easy on pocket but away from Center of town

This place is absolutely filthy. There isn’t a place on earth in which this would pass cleaning standards. Such easy stuff to fix too… take a vacuum, duster and wet cloth to corners and skirting boards! Spider webs with spiders crawling in them above the bed, inch thick dust, headboard disgusting. Sooo many rules too. There’s a kitchen but then you get a written lecture about not cooking?! Room design is nice but totally let down by the filth.

Don't waste your money. I paid $600 for one night, and the accommodation turned out to be extremely basic, and the place was not clean. They wouldn't even organise the cushions on the sofa after the last customer. Dirty bedsheets, dirty shower... The kitchen and bathroom are up to camping grounds standards at best. I lost enough time staying there one night, so I won't write anything else. I want to forget it.

The staff who attended us was very nice. Overall the two bedroom apartment we had lacked cleanliness. The bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, overgrown weed in the entrance, the shower was not cleaned properly until we called the staff to do so. I do not recommend staying here, unless you are in need of it.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option!!!! Checked in with my sister and partner and noticed that the beds were crinkled and when I pulled back the doona cover the bed was full of hair!!!! And marks on the sheets THEY HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED!!!! kitchen stunk and was dirty, floors not vaccumed and bathroom filthy. Approached the male worker who offered me a refund which I took and we left. Shameful that they charge so much and can't even give you clean sheets!! Disgusting don't waste you money or time!! BEWARE!!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this guesthouse. The place is dirty and unkept. The manager/receptionist/cleaner (this is how she describes herself) is full of excuses and perhaps not an asset to the hospitality service. Our room was not vacuumed, bed lamp out of order, no TV reception. Beds were untidily made up and did not smell fresh.
