SEAL HAVEN

We booked this place by looking at the pictures of the interior, but when we arrived, didn’t realise we would find these issues after paying the amount. There were a lot of problems in the accommodation.
-WEBS all over the exterior seating areas and in BEDROOM which is not acceptable at all.(photos uploaded)
-dishes were not cleaned properly and had stains
-basic ammenities like flour were not available in kitchen.
-the language in the guest guide was not welcoming at all and is written in a very offensive way, which is not expected from a good host.

Property was not in a clean condition at all. There were big spiders and webs everywhere inside the property. We had to spend 20-30 mins to clean the property ourselves to make our kids comfortable. There were webs inside the rooms that our kids refused to sleep and kept crying and insisting let’s go back home. Though host offered a cleaning later but it was of no use. It should have been prepared before we could step inside the property. We close to paid $1100 in off season for 2 nights but beds were not even made. There was no wifi. Basic amenity like non stick fry pan was also not available. No laundry detergent which is generally provided by 95% of Airbnb properties. Pathetic experience we had. We booked the property to enjoy the view outside and we thought we will spend time in the balcony but it was so unclean and full of webs that we could not sit with children even for 20 mins. Dishwasher doesn’t wash dishes nicely. Dishes/glasses inside the kitchen cabinets were dirty and had stains. Highly disappointed. Looks like they have no expertise in managing customers and had very bad customer service skills. I will never recommend this property to anyone.
