Good fishing! Visited family in the area and dipped the line in. Caught a few brown trout and one redfin. Only person fishing, which surprised me as it's packed in these types of lakes over in the east. really peaceful place.

Excellent place for a walk plenty of well defined tracks . Lots of shade trees for picnics and car parking off main road.

Beautiful well kept reserve, when we walked in from along the river or what I would call a creek I found the amenities pleasing after a long walk. I can't say too much about what's up top where the reservoir is, but in the lower garden where we had lunch was very nice. Car parking, lawn areas, dense plant life, walking tracks, some ponds and BBQs. Although the BBQ I saw looked like it needed wood to get it fired up.

Lovely place to relax on a hot day. The only downside was dad trying to get across the paths with his walker.
