Great beach for camp. Easy to access the beach with rocks pool. We can see 8 arms star fish and white belly sea eagle in the sky.

Excellent experience even for for time campers. Located near crystal clear water with stunning picturesque location. There's plenty big and small camp available for first come first serve free of cost (need park permit), toilet facility available and the park manager was very helpful and friendly. Beach is 2 min walk and each camping slot is secluded and feels like private. You may need to go early friday as weekends can be pack specially in summer. There's lookout for most beautiful sunset. We encountered wombat, wallby and ever deer sighting on the way.

Such a gorgeous campsite located near wine glass bay. What makes the this site so perfect is that it is not only located on one of the most picturesque of beaches, but the campsite is completely free! Obviously as it is free campsite the spots are limited and in high demand. Be sure to get in early for two reasons, firstly so you can find a spot to camp and secondly it is a little annoying for campers when you come in late with your headlights on! I’m really glad we stumbled across this campsite.

Love it! One of our favourite camping destinations on Tassie's east coast. The beaches here are spectacular, and fishing off the rocks at the south end of the main beach is worth a crack. Some of the camp sites have been closed since our last visit so make sure you arrive around 11am to secure a spot during peak holiday season. Hybrid toilets are clean and well maintained. A must see for anyone travelling along the east coast.

what a wonderful amazing campsite, just an absolute bit of paradise with absolutely wonderful camp managers who were extremely kind and had lots of recommendations on everything tassie camping.

This place is paradise in summer. If you surf there’s great surf down towards the toilets near the camping grounds. There’s also good fishing from the beach here. There’s a couple of great walking tracks. You’ll also see wallabies hanging out which is cool. Careful not to leave any food out at night as the possums will eat everything and they will wake you up.

lovely little campsite for those not needing power or flushing toilets, the sites are nicely fenced off with bushes between so everyone gets their own private corner. SUPER close to the beach and you’ll surely be visited by a local wallaby. has a little bit of service but may have to go for a walk

Beautiful to look at but don't think I would go in the surf, that did not look friendly!
Pristine white beaches, vibrant blue waves offset with white peaks, just stunning!

10/10 free camp spot - numerous secluded campsite bays with a central toilet block, wallabies galore and plenty of beach of everyone. Bring own water and food, is unsealed .

Free campsite at a beautiful location. Access to 2 wd. Would recommend arriving by 10 AM on peak season to secure a vacant spot. Short drive from the beautiful wine glass bay trails.
