I cannot thank Adrien enough for the amount of time he spent with me, (1hr 40mins) fixing my problems, his patience and understanding were above reproach.....go to the top of the class Adrien :-)

My wifes phone had a slight meltdown and we needed a new phone fast before the battery ran out..we found echo voice and the young lady was very helpful..we decided to both get new phones and were very happy with the service we revieved.

The staff in this place and very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.

Adrienne Da Costa Enes was so helpful. All we needed was a replacement sim attached to an existing number. Telstra in Port Macquarie wanted us to make an appointment and wait 2 weeks!! Adrian saw us within 10 minutes, no appointment, no fuss. All done and dusted in no time. And what a helpful team they are at Echo.

Well, what a morning at the ole Telstra shop in beloved Kemp town city.
Big ups and mad street cred to Dale for giving me the most legit customer service experience a gal could dream of. Scooped up my broken phone and saved my unsaveable precious data's. All with patience grace and a stellar sense of humour. Obviously a pillar of his community and a proper hero of my day. Was walking on Memphis rest of the afternoon with my new device and priceless memories saved. Somebody give this guy a bonus. Much love to Dale and the rest of the Lord's at the Kempsey store.

I just wanted to thank Shaun for helping set up my new phone. My old one was quite dead and he got me set up with the new one with no trouble.

During the flood this year we had issues with my dads mobile phone, he is a farmer who needed it to liaise with other farmers around him to get livestock to higher ground. Adrian went above and beyond in helping us and we appreciate it so much, my dad has been with Telstra for 20 years and was about to leave Telstra Network as it was too difficult talking with people over the phone and internet chat, but since talking with Adrian and him being so helpful he will continue to be a Telstra customer. Thanks Adrian!
