I had never used airport parking before and had no idea what i was doing. Through my own stupidity, i thought the parking was 'onsite' 🤦🏼‍♀.

Had a great experience with this place they drop me over in my car to the airport so I don't have to unload all my luggage twice also they pick you up nice and quick with great service also offered to wash and vacuum my car for a great price will park with them again when I fly out of sunshine coast. I parked my car for 1 week at Sunshine Coast Park 'n' Fly about 2 months ago and on my return I saw my 2 left hand wheels were damaged. I brought it up with the attendant and he said sometimes they move the cars out onto the street to shuffle cars. This made it clear to me it was Gutter Rash. He took photos so send to management and said he would get back to me. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing back, so I called. He said they were waiting on video footage off a neighbour and assured he would get back to me. It's over 2 months later now and still nothing.
They are obviously hoping if they ignore the problem it will go away. Very poor. Will not use this service again.
Edit after reply. That is completely false. No one at all at time of pick up commented on the oxidation of the Alloy. The attened simply took photos and said he would pass it to the manages and get back to me. And the prooves to be a lie as that isn't even the problem. It's deep grooved scratches that has taken paint off. I'm machanic and know cars very well and know my own car even better. I just caught you in a lie , Sir.

Got a quick quote, it was 25% more expensive than the airport charges but claims to be cheaper
