Coles North Shore

Been here on many occasions when visiting my brother at Twin Waters. Good sized Coles with everything on offer. Fruit and vege is pretty good and fresh. Plenty of Meat avaiilible along with everything else one needs.

Super friendly guy at the self checkout Nick. Very helpful and chatty. Should be recognised because his service was just outstanding! Thanks Nick.

Bec, who served me yesterday morning, went above and beyond; firstly, by serving me after I had unknowingly lined up when her register was closing. Once I had noticed the sign, I began to move away to the next open register when she called me back.

She had a friendly demeanour and made genuine conversation, which led to her giving me amazing recommendations on things to see and do as a tourist while visiting Queensland.

I am a regular shopper at Coles North Shore. The staff are just simply amazing! I have 2 young boys and the staff know us when they see us and look after us very well. I wish I knew a few of your names to specifically point out but but unfortunately I don’t. From the deli department in particular where they know if it’s a school day the staff know I’m wanting sandwich meats before I even ask. In the meat department there is a gentleman working there who won my son for life by pointing out some great specials one day on eye fillet steak (I could never normally afford such a luxury) my son now thinks he is like a super hero for introducing that flavour to him and always says to me “there’s that man”. To the front end staff who are fantastic, I appreciate that you don’t all have a generic smile on your face. If you are smiling it’s genuine and you take the time to have a chat whenever you can. In particular over the past couple of months in these times of social distancing I really want to thank you for being there and doing a wonderful job. Not everyone has walked into your store and has been kind to you or even been rational. I’m sure it hasn’t been easy at times but from me to you, thank you.

Great store but the super helpful and friendly staff are what make the difference. They go out of their way to make the customers feel special.

I needed assistance in locating an item and asked 2 coles staff at the front checkouts who both completely ignored me, and continued chatting to each other. I then asked Tyler from the fruit and vegetable section, who was just amazing. He came with me to find the item, after we couldn't locate the item I proceeded to leave the store, he then ran after me to tell me he had located where the item I was looking for was. I was just so impressed by his customer service it really made a huge difference to my day!!

I purchased a set of Bluetooth ear buds as I left mine in Brisbane. Anyway no matter how much I tried, I couldn't get the right side to work. Took them back today and received a full refund from Anita on the front counter without any problems. Thankyou.

This supermarket is well stocked up with everything I need, fast and good service, very accommodating and helpful to customers. Their product is good quality, well-organized product display, the area is clean and tidy and the vegetables are always fresh. A great place to shop.

Fantastic checkout operators who are always happy to serve you.. Except 1 who needs a lesson on how to be respectful towards customers.. If I can't find something & I ask one of the store people they are more than happy to help me.. Keep it up North Shore 😊😊😊😊

Coles is always great place to shop. Good range of products and the staff are always great. I shop there regularly

Great place for groceries. Easy shop to get around. Traffic in the carpark can be a little hectic at some times but always find a parking spot.

Great shopping centre. With all the basic necessities. Chinese takeaway and a bottle shop..need we say more. The takeaway has very good Malaysian dishes.

I have lived in the area for 2 years ,and have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. In these very difficult times I appreciate whilst the staff are under pressure they continue to do a great job.

Plenty of parking. Coles is in a small group of shops. Chemist, Coffee shops, Pastry and coffee. Gift shop, News agents, Post Office. Dress shop, Domino Pizza, Bottle Shop, Dentist also Child Care Center. Great little, but busy Shopping Centre.

The staff member that was at the self serve today was wonderful, really happy to help and a joy to talk to, also shopping was easy to do and signs in aisles clear.

Always a great local store,lots of great vege n fruit bargins. Packed meats no butcher loving the $5 steak .

Not to bad for a old store you can't get everything there but most thing's
