Drops Trail Head

Local mountan bike trail never disappoints except when rarely closed for maintenance.
You can ride to the trail head up S56 to Bracken Lane then along the fire trail, or a lung busting climb up Cirtus Avenue. Befroe doing Drops, tackle the nearby Rocky Wheel'n circuit which is an easy green climb and bermy flowy downhill. Drops track is steep for more experienced downhill riders, Pitfalls or Not Drops Track/Stumpside for less experienced moderate riders is suitable for novices but offers lots of variety and little challenges on these tracks to test your skill and improve your riding. Pitfalls offers berms, rocky and rooty sections, a few polite jumps, a lovely creek crossing and muddy sections when wet. Continue along the Middle Firetrail to "Upper Luge" for a choice of great circuits. Rideable in both directions or return up Strickland Avenue, it never gets old 😀
