KOOKAÏ Pacific Fair

I have been to KOOKAÏ at pacific fair on many occasions. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of being served by Jacqui, who is just lovely. Thank you so much for your kind service and going above and beyond for me.

I had the wonderful experience given by Jess who was rocking her amazing brown Kookai set. Jess was so warm and welcoming and helped me feel confident trying on some pieces at Pacfair Kookai, as I used to only ever see the typically standard size 0 body types in the store and I always avoided the shop due to this issue. Jess was wonderful and just made me a young 18 year old feel confident and comfortable in my own body and clothes xx Thank you Jess !

Thank you for the enjoyable experience. A big thumbs up to Jaqui who helped immensely with my neurodiverse daughter, she was able to coax her into trying on certain things that she knew would look lovely on her. Without her guidance and non-judgemental help this otherwise would have been a very difficult shopping experience.

Shout out to the team on deck Sat 20/8 for helping my 15yo daughter pick a top for her first dinner out w her 4 best friends. She’s not always good w decisions and the staff made it easy for her. I popped in today to speak to mgt to pass this msg on too. Thanks Kookai - we’ll be back :)

This place worth shopping let me start with few small details as you know devil is in details ;
- when I want to check a shop normally I start with the sanitiser the provide at the entrance, if the sanitiser is descent and smell good, that means the shop owner cares about details. The sanitiser here smell great, so I can confidently say that it passed the first test.
-this is a great brand and high quality fabric
- great customer service
-calm and friendly environment

I came here with 15 minutes to close. I was moving back to Canada the next morning and was desperate to take clothes back with me. Nelly helped me as soon as she noticed I was stocking up, she did everything she could to make sure I was happy with all my sizes and items! Even with the few minutes we had she went above and beyond! She’s was so lovely and very professional! Thanks Nelly! 💗

I have had severe anxiety about shopping or buying clothes since I was about 10 years old.
I went in to Kookai today and the ladies were extremely friendly, professional, helpful and understanding. It is refreshing to see women who are kind to others
