Jay Seas Holiday Units

The perfect spot for you and your fur baby. I have tried a lot of places and they wouldn't take my fur baby. One suggested to leave her in the car. No way I was going to do that. Jay Seas Holiday Units is situated right on the waterfront. One door up from a restaurant and two doors up from the popular Sunset Pub. It's a 2 minute walk along the beach. There is even an area for you and your fur baby at the pub. The room is clean and comfortable, air conditioned also. I had a room with a double and two single bed. Make your choice. My host Janine is beautiful, friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I'm glad I insisted on harassing them until they answered my phone call. Thank you Jay Sea's Holiday Units. You made my day!

The location was wonderful, my son could swim in the pool while I watched the sunset right off the beach. Places to eat some of the best food you have ever tasted, all nearby. Free wifi which helped a lot as service in Karumba is rocky. Rooms were nice and big and so to the bathrooms, spare fridge/ freezer that can be used outside on the patio (bar fridge you could say). Dusty and Jeff are amazing people and really treat you like family. Highly recommend!!!

Had a lovely stay at Jay Seas! Jeff and Dusty were amazing hosts. Room was very well kept and tidy. Charter was fully booked so they went out of their way to take us fishing and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Great to know it’s pet friendly for our next stay :). Would definitely recommend!

Come and see for yourself how great Jay Seas Holiday Units are here in Karumba Point, Queensland. The location is amazing, right on the beach where at high tide, you can fish right if the back lawn. The pool is a cool retreat from the summer heat, shaded and positioned beside the BBQ area. A shirt walk to an excellent fish and chip cafe and the world famous Sunset Tavern, Jay Seas offers an excellent location in an awesome part of the world. Jeff and Dusty are fabulous hosts, friendly and welcoming. The units are well appointed and self contained, fully air conditioned and screened. The units are also pet friendly, so everyone in the family can enjoy this marvellous location. Access to boat ramps and the beach allows for easy fishing, and if you bring your boat, there's plenty of space for it. Come and see for yourself, I recommend you do.

Jayseas have all you could want for a fabulous holiday by the Sea. We had some beautiful evenings cooking our Catch on the BBQ after a swim in the Pool. It’s a stunning view of the Sea lapping right in front of you while sipping a few Bevies and the fishing stories grew!!! Each Unit also has its own BBQ and Fridge on the Patio. While inside the Unit offers aircon, TV, lge Fridge, Kitchen. The bathrooms are a good size as is the bedroom, kitchen. We will return.

And easy walking distance from the sunset tavern and Ash's cafe 👍
