I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers recently. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming environment. My optometrist was highly professional, providing valuable advice on maintaining eye health. I appreciate the personalized care and expert guidance received during the eye test. I'm impressed with the service and will definitely recommend Specsavers to my family and friends for their next eye examination and glasses purchase. Thank you for the excellent care!

Two exceptional experiences with the team at North Rocks. Thorough, professional and friendly. First-rate explanation and advice from my affable Optometrist Pooja and a great selection of frames with all the jaunty assistance selecting and fitting them you could want. Just to top it off I am not having to hold my phone at arms length to type this.

I find Specsavers to go beyond every visit. Very happy to recommend them. They also fix up my glasses, tighten the screws, clean the glass, replace nose pads all free of charge.

Staff were all delightful and very helpful & the optometrist was very knowledgeable, patient and answered questions and explained things in easy to understand terms. I will definitely return here for my next eye check.

The team at North Rocks has been amazing. So patient with me and helpful with trial contacts. I told them my prescription was perfect but turns out I was wrong . At the last minute I back flipped and changed my mind they couldn’t have been more helpful. Got me out of a real bind at work! Thank You! Client for life :-)

Went for a hearing test with Linda the audiologist.

She took her time and was incredibly cautious, compassionate and thorough.

She has spectacular interpersonal skills and customer care. I couldn’t possibly be more enthused in saying she did 10/10 job and went beyond in every facet. Thank you Linda. You’re incredible.

Highly recommend North Rocks Spec Savers from eyesight test and choosing your perfect glasses

I truly appreciate the kind of attention & care given to me by Puja and Jack this morning. Puja was super efficient with all the eye tests she did for me. Jack was extra patient doing the visual field test with me. I like going to Specsavers in North Rocks because of the fantastic service from the staff.

Making an appointment on line was very helpful and easy. The reminer the day before was a great help.
The appointment was on time, staff were helpful but not intrusive (left me alone to choose my frames, I didn't feel rushed) the optometric explained in detail every step of the way.
I didn't feel pressured to have"extras'
for something I didn't want or need.
Over all it the experience was a good one. Well done to the staff for their friendly welcoming and service.

Went for a routine eye checkup this morning, service was very quick and friendly. The optometrist explained how my prescription and eye health had changed since the previous visit, and answered all my questions. The retail staff were then very helpful when it came to picking frames for my new glasses.

We went to get a new pair of glasses, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to closing time, they made sure that we had time to pick out glasses that we really liked. Very happy with the glasses that we picked up, with a quick turn around time.

Took back my reading glasses for adjustment as they were slipping a bit. Was done quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner

I buy my glasses and hearing aids at Specsavers and am very happy with the lovely staff. They're helpful and pleasant. I feel looked after everytime.

Did hearing test earlier this year and bought hearing aids. Fantastic experience and heartily recommend Lyn the audiologist. Recently had a problem with one hearing aid. The backup I got was exceptional, Saturday morning assistance loaner aid replacement back within a week. Lyn is not only competent, but looks after her customers exceedingly well!

Great service. Terrific specialist all the way through the process. Definitely my place to go from now on.

I had an eye test and recently bought reading glasses through this Specsavers (North Rocks). I have always found their service to be of a high standard. Aris helped me this time and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very thankful.

My husband and I both went to get our eyes checked and get some new prescription glasses. Vanessa and our optometrist were both very knowledgable and helped us greatly in explaining and picking out our glasses. We both had a great experience!
