Coles North Rocks

Very well located and well stocked… I went to get a gift card and found designs that I haven’t seen else where… courteous staff as well at the self check counters!

Staff here are amazing, always helpful and 😃 smiling. Sunny, the Fresh Produce Manager is always so kind and goes out of his way to assist. I love shopping here.

As a local resident of 50 years, and a Coles Supermarket shopper since 1975 ( when the store first opened), this has always been my go to supermarket for groceries. Always a great experience, with great products.

Any concern with issues, have always been readily addressed by management, who are responsive, and extremely professional. I did speak to management about carts blocking access.

I visited this store tonight, and staff were really helpful, professional, and held back their carts when I was walking down the aisle to allow me access to the products. I was always greeted with a smile.

As a local (long time), I am so happy with my experience tonight.

Gigantic supermarket with a good selection of items, albeit not as varied in products as the competitor starting with a 'W'. Late night shoppers beware though, the attractive manager type lady doesn't want to overstay her shift by one second, and is relentless with kicking people out of the store for the last hour to closing time. To that end, she doesn't like customers entering the store during the last 15 minutes of opening time either, so be prepared to plead your case for entry. The bespectacled Asian brother is far more chill though, he deserves an award.

We've been in the area of the North Rocks for 30 odd years and I'm sure the locals agree with me, that the new Coles is huge with lots of varieties of fresh things to choose from. It comes with all sorts of freshly baked bread everyday from the bakery end, which you cant miss and lots of many other things. We are so blessed. The service is an A plus, the staff are very friendly and ready to help you in what ever you want. Come and have a look, its fantastic.

Coles at North Rocks is a pretty big one, and have a few extra things. As the only supermarket in North Rocks Shopping Centre they could have a bit of a monopoly, but they don't abuse it and it's pretty good🙂

I was most impressed when I shopped at Cole’s North Rocks on Wednesday 20th April. No water melons were on display and I asked one of the Coles staff called Robert about this. He went off and returned with the items some minutes later. Service like this is something for the organisation to be proud of.

Brand new store now open! Lots of convenient parking and easy access bring this store into the 21st century at last. This new store is more than twice the size of the old one with a vast fresh food section and wide well stocked aisles. Look out Woolworths, Coles is here!

We've been going to Coles at North Rocks for over 10 years. Service is second to none. Thank you everyone for that extra mile you take to make our experience pleasant and our day smoother. Special mention and thanks to the team in the fresh produce section. Looking forward to experiencing the new location in few years.

Coles North Rocks is my other go to supermarket to purchase the items at the complex that your competitor doesn''t carry.
I'm particularly pleased that Coles is still providing hand sanitizer and hand wipes at the entrance to the store and making announcements over the instore loudspeaker regarding social distancing!

New, massive Coles store (replacing the old small one) opened on 15 May 2019. The new store is large and modern and has a good range of fresh and packaged products.

New store also has extended opening hours, from 6am until midnight every day.

The new place is well-decorated with too many brands, new fridges, trolleys and shopping baskets,,,
The waiting time is really short and this is the positive point of new north rocks Coles,,, 👍👍👍

Loved it, great new modern store, I popped in to buy a couple of things and walked out with $200.00 dollars worth of groceries, the fresh pre-made dishes and fresh packaged sandwiches are surprisingly delicious plus I bought a hot BBQ chook too, oh and I picked up a completely free item through a Fly Buys offer as well, how good is Coles!

So Glad Coles Nth Rocks open till 12am,as im a shift worker and i find convenience to shop late during the pandemic due to social distancing.Thank you to all the workers that make it operational.
