The store manager at Connor North Rocks is awesome! She is so helpful and her customer service is exceptional! She helped my twin boys find suits for their formal and was so patient!

I visited the store on Thursday picked a suit which needed alterations for a wedding on Saturday. Paid and then returned on Saturday only to find that the suit had not been altered. Very frustrating considering this was 2 hours before the wedding. I've been a customer for years and am very dissatisfied with the service.

Walked in to the store around 1 pm (9th July). The two staff members were engaged in a deep conversation and did not give two hoots about the potential clients who walked in.
