Kmart North Rocks

Kmarts are generally big but this one at North rocks is once of the biggest Kmarts I have visited in NSW.. it’s so massive that it has stock of almost all the items all the time..

The place is inside a shopping mall and there is plenty of parking available.

The staff members were very nice and friendly out here. I had a good shopping experience.

One drawback is even for a few items which were on clearance were having their full price tag on display. However when checking the price with the price check machines, it showed the reduced/clearance price. This caused us a bit of confusion while shopping.

Overall great experience and will definitely visit here again!!

Vera was a really big help yesterday when I had a complicated return. She really went out of her way to resolve the matter and has amazing customer service skills.i hope she gets recognised by management by her kind efforts! Staff like her keep customers like me going back there to shop!

This kmart has almost everything!! Well except few things that always lack due to Coronavirus! The staff are friendly they do their best to keep the place neat

I was at kmart tonight and the man at the self checkouts (i believe his name was Louie or Louis) was so friendly and very helpful! He had such a lovely/positive attitude and made my night just by being himself and doing his job! I hope he gets the appreciation he deserves 😊

Great store, friendly staff & all the things I've bought have been very good, last things electric kettle air fryer oven are great value, will buy from there whenever I need electrical items.

It's a large and well stocked store.

I always find parking here. It's a pleasant experience. Nicer crowd. The store is tidy. Shelves are well stocked. Floors are clean. Staff are mostly efficient. Click and collect system works well. I've moved to this kmart instead of the top Ryde as it's less crowded. There's lot of food places here to grab a bite. Coles and Aldi next door are useful. First Choice Liquor is just down the road too. Good location. Recommended.

I came to Kmart North Rocks to get some photos printed. I didn't know how to use the self service printer and I was helped by your staff, Lexie. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and explained the steps procedures how to use the self service printer. Lexie's customer service was exceptional. She is an asset to your organisation and deserves a kudos. I will definitely come back and get more photos printed.

Nathen went above and beyond for us to find items for us, despite it being just before closing time. He ran around the whole store for us and made sure to find everything. Thank you so much!!!! He definitely needs a raise. Staff are so lovely and shelves are pretty well stocked. Very pleasant experience :))

Compared to other Kmart's this one is excellent. The store is always neat while others tend to have clothes and goods scattered everywhere. The staff are fantastic. Today I was greeted and assisted by a lovely young man at the front door and assisted professionally and courteously by a staff member at customer service. I was helped to sort out the printing on my photos efficiently. Excellent customer service!!!

Vera and Alyssa were absolutely golden, both deserve a paid holiday. The posters weren't working and the computer deleted my order and these two women went above and beyond to make my order work, Vera even pushed back her lunch break to sort out the issue, and both were so friendly and lovely and made the entire issue much less stressful for me.

Great store with value for money products. Highly recommended. Staff are always happy to help and provide assistance when required. Great parking and well laid out.

This shopping has some items that others kmart don't have. Love this place, a huge car park and a nice place to clean stress out 👍

Great shopping experience each time I need to go to Kmart. Just noticed that after lockdown alot of the workout items have been ransacked. Which is great to see people getting healthy! But I too want to get some equipment!

Visited on the 30/10/2020 around 9pm. Was greeted by a wonderful worker at the door and was helped by a lovely girl at the checkouts. Store was full and clean, but just wanted to thank those two workers for such a nice shopping experience!
